    Mold in my car

    I'm generally a very patient person, but I'm done. Don't buy a car from here unless it's checked by another mechanic, if it had problems they are not honest about what's wrong with it. I thought I'd be smart and get a warranty in case something goes wrong. But little did I know how often I'd be taking my car there and back home just to go back and get loaner car after loaner car after they say something is fixed. You will be lucky to get a loaner car without a check engine light, I've been lucky once in 6 months which is currently but there is not even a radio in it. I've been given a loaner car with mold, I've been given a loaner car with very bad suspension. And check engine usually is on in these cars. If something happens while your driving a loaner car they will Not tell you anything is wrong with the car, they will just let you go and wait for a accident to happen. When I first got my car it was working great, until about 24 hours later the check engine light came on, it would stop on the middle of the freeway, in the middle of intersections, in parking lots just anywhere. I was told it was my oxygen sensor and it's fine to drive. It didn't feel right, they kept saying bring it here we will take care of it. Soon after, one of my breaks went out on me, and my emergency break didn't work. They said bring it back again. I don't have time to keep coming and going from there. My head gasket was next. It took me a while to get the money to get it fixed, and there it was your car is fixed. My entire car was covered in mold, I had to throw my brand new seats covered away. I asked them to clean the remaining because of my previous discussion of my allergies to toxic mold, so they cleaned half of it there was still a remainder on the trunk area, middle of back seat and on my floor mats. Next day, car stops on freeway, can't go over 40 mph still. Asked them to fix what I had already paid for, and to please clean the remainder of the mold because of my allergy. Another 2 weeks go by, the car is fixed again my emergency break actually works now, but there's still mold and one new patch growing, I went inside and kindly asked them if they could remove what looks like mold from my car I asked now 2 more times sense they originally said it was fixed. Because I did not bring my car in with mold, and I'm allergic Only for one of the workers to say I'm not a detailer, these are your floor mats you clean it. He started wiping the spots with his hand, and said that's dirt, take your car somewhere else I'm not cleaning this. Worst customer service ever today. It's just I've already been dealing with a lot from buyer beware, with my oxygen sensor, and head gasket going out, and my break going out and my emergency break not working. At least cut me some slack with health risks. By

Toxic practices in the hopes nobody actually reports it and/or nobody actually reads the reviews. I will be filing with the AG and FTC, so that box is checked. You can read the review and avoid them and check the other box. Together we can get them to either be honest to their customers, or close down. Onto the review! If you read these reviews, the theme is the same. They engage in dishonest, bait and switch pricing. Their website clearly advertised a price (that was listed as the "no surprises at the dealership price"). Of course, that "no surprise" price was filled with surprises! When I called the woman who answered immediately got defensive and asked for proof. I sent screenshots at her request. The response was to get even more defensive and imply that it was somehow my fault for not recognizing the error. Gaslighting 101. I think it is better just to put screenshots than explain further. They clearly practice deceptive pricing and then try and hide behind "it was an error". It is frustrating that a business wants to lead with such dishonesty. You can judge for yourself, but hopefully you can save yourself the angst of spending anytime with this business. Their response when I caught them doing this was to ghost me and stop responding. It is not an honest business. You can also google about the current state of Jeep as a brand and quickly becomes a one two punch. Summary: Avoid. Avoid. Avoid.
