During the past two years we've had many problems with the battery in our 2015 Honda FIT. Many folks at Rahal gave us helpful advice, finding options that wouldn't work, suggesting others, and on and on. They eventually recommended a NOCO Battery Maintainer. Unfortunately, we are not handy and couldn't figure out how to install it. So we dropped by and they quickly put it in for us. During at least four visits, Rahal Staff spent quite a bit of time trying to help us, not even counting email and phone messages and research they may have done. In addition, they gave us a new battery and even washed our poor car one time. But they NEVER CHARGED US A PENNY for materials or labor . . . WOW! They are Experts at nurturing dedicated, enthusiastic customers rather than "nickel-and-diming" them for a little bit of money on each visit. Well I live in the DC Metro area and needless to say car prices are high and most dealers have "added" charges that can raise the price of the car as much as a thousand dollars or more. I discovered a 300 at Frey Dodge in Lewistown Pa! 160 miles away. Amid the Covid 19 crisis I began corresponding with Roberta (Bobby) at the dealership via email. She was very responsive and accommodating, since I had "many" questions about the car along with request for photo's trying to make sure I wasn't wasting my time traveling 160 miles. The dealership was able to make me feel confident that the car was worth the trip and purchase and even negotiated on the price. So, 160 miles later, I met Bobby, who was professional, polite and friendly. I purchased the car and was done with the transaction in 30 mins. As I was walking out of the door the owner came out and thanked me for the purchase and trusting them with such a long drive. Never thought I would drive so far to purchase a car, but, I will look to Frey Motors again even if it is 160 miles away. Great Place to purchase a car.

I had my 2012 Land Rover Evoque towed there because it would idle erratically and stall after the…read moreinitial warmup. Told him my code reader said most likely a PCV valve. He had it for 2+ weeks. When I went to check on it, he said he replaced the spark plugs, mass air flow sensor, replaced a bolt in the turbo and added oil, for a cost of $509 (negotiated down from $700) and he also acknowledged it did not make it run any better. Then he proceeded to tell me he thinks the turbo is going bad (mind you the turbo does nothing at idle speed). He never hooked it to a computer or checked the codes. I then had it towed back home. I ordered a PCV valve ($52 from FCP Euro) and vacuum pump gasket ($12, my suspected oil leak location). Replacing the two parts took me 3-4 hours in my garage. It has been 1 month and over 500 miles since the repair. No issues. Pretty disappointed that i spent $250 in towing, and over $500 in repairs for them to do shade tree mechanic diagnosis and repair. Also, when the car arrived back at my house the interior was filthy. The car had a tan/beige interior and the front seat and dash had oil and dirt stains all over them. DO NOT GO THERE.
