They have maintained my system since installation and have always been professional and reliable. I recommended them to one of my neighbors, and she was more than happy with them. I can't say enough about Tyler and his crew, outstanding, honest, great service - what more could you ask for? In today's world of " me first, the heck with you and your needs" it's so refreshing to find such an honest, hard working, and reliable service. I wouldn't go anywhere else for my HVAC needs. The tech showed up at 2:30PM, and issued a 'sorry, I'm late' upon entering. No reason for being 3 1/2 hours late and no prior phone call to inform me he was running behind schedule. He was let in, performed his so-called HVAC maintenance and was out within 15 minutes. I was disappointed with the lack of 'maintenance' that was actually done. He handed me a printout telling me my CO levels were 8% and that low number was good, again, without explanation. No cleaning out the unit, no changing the filter, not much 'maintenance' was actually performed. Cost of 15 minute in out service -- $225. I would not recommend this unprofessional company for HVAC service. Please look elsewhere for your HVAC needs.

If this service cost $200-$400, I would say it's a fair value, but at their pricing, I expected much better results and customer service. The biggest issue is what happens after the sale. If you have a problem, don't expect much support. The owner is the one selling the service, and when I reached out multiple times about the bad odor returning, I was completely ignored. There was no accountability or effort to resolve the issue. Just a few months after they cleaned my ductwork, the same bad smell came back. I feel like I paid a premium price without getting premium results or any guarantee behind the work. If I had hired a larger, established company, I believe I would have at least received proper customer service and follow-up. Based on my experience, the service was overpriced, there was no meaningful after-sales support, and I was very disappointed with the overall experience.
