Adam arrived at 8, on time, professional, called before he arrived. We had asked because we needed to lock up the dogs. Adam looked at our air conditioner and immediately identified the problem, explained it and took care of everything. He wore foot protection and cleaned up everything. The oil company that I have been buying oil from for over 20 years said they could not service me until spring even though I was on autofill with them and ran out of oil.
