There was a 12 year warranty with my system. I arrived home on August 7th, 15 days after install and found my central air to my 2nd floor was not working. I contacted the company and I was told just for them to come out, I was going to be charged as well as charged for repair completely against what I signed via contract. I am absolutely disgusted with this company and the man I spoke to on the phone regarding system, not working and hasn't even been installed for 15 days. He was rude and stated would be charged to me.
