Garabedian Plumbing saved the day for me. Frozen pipe burst…read moreand started to flood my basement. This happened at 11:30pm. I called them and their answering service said they would have their on-call tech give me a call !5 minutes later I received a call. He asked if I had shut the main water shutoff valve off, I told him I had just moved into the house and did not know where it was. He instructed me where and what to look for in my basement. I found it and shut the water. He told me he could come out that evening but if I could get through the night and wait till the next morning, I could save 50% on the labor charge since overtime rates were mandatory. They sent a tech at 8:30 the next morning and within 2 hours the piping was replaced, and he installed some insulation to prevent future freezing of the pipe section. Very professional operation. Thanks, Steve L.

After looking through local plumbers, we called Strictly Service, and connected with Chris right away. He asked about our setup and had us text pictures of our leaky behemoth. The bad news: after 20 years, it was time to say goodbye and replace it with a new water heater. The good news: Chris could come next day, get the new one installed, and take the old one away. Chris provided a fair, all-inclusive quote, and the next morning, he showed up on time, with the new water heater ready to go. He finished the job in less than 2 hours, and we had hot water again. This time with a newer, shinier water heater. Based on our experience, we'd definitely recommend Chris for any plumbing projects for his professionalism, honesty, and punctuality.
