I booked roundtrip transportation through their website a day or two ahead of time. Their website is very easy to use (received confirmation immediately). Prior to both pick-ups I received an email in advance reminding me of time of pick-up. When the drivers were on-site they called to let me know that they were there and exactly where to find them. Both of the drivers were very professional, polite and helpful. They both arrived not only on-time, but a little earlier than the scheduled pick-up time. Virginia AirLink not only saved me money, but made my transportation needs easy, simple and enjoyable. It was one less thing to have to think about while traveling! I highly recommend the use of Virginia AirLink for your transportation needs in and around the Richmond area.!

Kurt and his team were incredibly friendly and professional, and the quick pickups and drop offs were some of the best I've ever seen, beating out shuttle services I've experienced at 5-star resorts across the world. It is with profound appreciation that I post this review to express my sincere thanks and gratitude…read moreto Khalil and Reda who I found to be the most professional and courteous souls in the transportation industry. While I've hired other agencies in the past, Tangier Transportation certainly raised the bar. And, as a grumpy, aging geezer, I am not easily impressed. My lifelong buddy, whose daughter is my God-Daughter, chose Tangier for transportation to and from a hotel and her wedding venue nearby in Rixeyville, VA. He did the research before he chose Tangier and, as I demanded to cover the cost for this service, I did additional research. OK. So online, Tangier seemed to be a good bet. I could NOT have been more pleased. My conversations with Khalil both before and after the event were, believe it, enjoyable. He is easy to work with and most attentive to the needs of his clients. His "day after" call to make certain everything was to our liking was not surprising given my previous conversations with him. I will ever recall Khalil mentioning how Tangier drivers do not show up "on time". They show up well ahead of time to ease the jitters that always come when hiring such a service. Well .... Our driver, Reda, arrived to the hotel well before the clock started ticking. And was he a delight! Polished and professional, he attended to every variant we introduced into our scheduled runs to/from the event. The 28 passenger shuttle he piloted appeared to be brand new! For sure, Reda represented the perfect "face" of this organization. And I shall never forget that smile! Ever. Finally, and I must say this, Tangier has a really good thing going here and I will ever remember them for future transportation needs. And you should, too. You will not be disappointed. Benjamin B. We were transported from Midlothian to Dulles Airport for an international flight. Our driver got us to the airport in time and was there waiting on us when we arrived from our trip to take us home. There were no waiting periods. The vehicle used to transport us was clean and comfortable. We were able to connect our device to listen to music of our choice. They had a bottle of water, writing pads, and pens available if needed. The roundtrip commute was very affordable. Before booking, I compared the price of using this service to driving up to Dulles and parking our vehicle. Since I used a Groupon deal, it turned out less expensive to use the car service than to drive our own car. However, without the Groupon deal you should take into account the stress of DMV traffic as paying a little more would still be worth it. From my experience, I would highly recommend using this company for your transporting needs.
