Have not used their service, though I tried. No one in the office on weekend or after 8pm so no way to make a reservation except on website, where given fare may or may not be accurate. This is the most attentive, most friendly, and most polite airport pick up service I have ever used. First I called on the phone and the women was so warm and helpful, I wanted to move next door to her so she could be my neighbor. Next, she called me the day before my pick up to double check that I really did not mean to book a 4 AM pick up but really wanted a 4PM one. Next the driver who came texted me that he was waiting and where but I should take my time, no rush. Lastly , the price was very reasonable. I wish they had an office near my home airport. 5 STAR EXPERIENCE! I could go on and on, but here are a few of the highlights. I'm a woman traveling alone for work and due to a few flight snafoos, I was going to be arriving at the Richmond airport at 11:30pm on a Sunday and needing to go to Norfolk. (no rental cars available!) - Went online and booked a ride. Super easy process - Eleanor called me about an hour later (ON A SUNDAY!) to confirm the details. Not only was she very thorough and professional, she was an absolutely LOVELY human being. I felt like I was talking to an auntie who genuinely cared that I was taken care of. - Communication was efficient and happened as promised, so I never worried or wondered how to find the van at the airport. - Shawn picked me up and he was friendly, personable and polite and absolutely wonderful! We chatted a lot, but only after he checked to be sure that I didn't want to sleep during the ride. I can't recommend them more. They took a stressful situation and made it a fantastic memory. I'm telling you, if you ever find yourself in the Richmond area in need of transportation, go with Virginia AirLink! Ms Eleanore is the best I always call them when I fly into RIC to see my Dad. (They also go to Williamsburg, NoVa, National/Reagen, pretty much the whole state!) This time, Dad's car was in the shop so I rented a car. I've been using Virginia Airlink at least twice a year since 2021 for going to Richmond airport. They have excellent service! They are always on time to pick me up from home to the airport and they always wait for me at the airport when my flight arrival is delayed. Their vans are clean and the drivers are all friendly, and Eleanore on the phone is always helpful and reassuring. This is the one you want to book, you won't regret it! And, however much you think you'll tip them, you're gonna wanna budget more because you will want to give them more, that's how good their service is! Virginia AirLink is great!!! I recently used their services from and to Richmond International Airport. Both trips (from airport and to airport) went perfect. I booked roundtrip transportation through their website a day or two ahead of time. Their website is very easy to use (received confirmation immediately). Prior to both pick-ups I received an email in advance reminding me of time of pick-up. When the drivers were on-site they called to let me know that they were there and exactly where to find them. Both of the drivers were very professional, polite and helpful. They both arrived not only on-time, but a little earlier than the scheduled pick-up time. Virginia AirLink not only saved me money, but made my transportation needs easy, simple and enjoyable. It was one less thing to have to think about while traveling! I have used this service twice for my daughter who attends VCU. She has had very early flights and I have relied on Virginia Airlink to pick her up as early as 4:15 am so that she could make her flight. Both times we used them, they arrived right on time. The first time we used them, we received a reminder e-mail the day before pickup which was reassuring. We didn't receive it the second time we used them, so I was a little nervous they might not arrive, even though I received a confirmation the day I booked it. I would have preferred a 2nd confirmation the day before pickup for reassurance. Overall, I am very pleased with this shuttle service. read more

Not the gentlemen I met through Virginia Airlink. They answer calls and especially emails almost instantly and will do what it takes to make your trip smooth. Like the ad says, "Spot on. Half off." You can't rely on them or trust them!!!I didn't get picked up! I scheduled a pick-up from my house to the airport a week in advance and was given an email confirmation/reminder 24 hours prior to departure that I'd be picked up the next morning. Then no one showed up! I was there ready to go 30minutes before expected arrival. I tried calling repeatedly to no answer. When no one failed to show or communicate with me that I was not going to be picked up I had to call for another cab which led to me missing my flight! DO NOT USE THEM!! I wasnt even issued an apology or explanation! Furious to say the least. read more

Virginia AirLink was fantastic. When my friend picking up from the airport let me know that she wouldn't be able to make it at a reasonable hour, I sent an email to Virginia Airlink at almost midnight hoping they could do an 8:30am pick up. Not only did they get right back to me that they could do it, but I received a text as soon as I landed that they had noticed that my plane landed early so they already headed over so they would be waiting for me. My driver was very friendly and arrived with two booster seats for the kids already installed. The ride was smooth and quick to our destination. Given how paltry the transportation options are from the Richmond airport, especially on the weekends, Virginia Airlink is a great option! read more

Virginia AirLink is great!! They're clean, on time, and reasonably priced. They take a "back route" to the Airport (from Churchill / Shockoe) avoiding going in huge loops and traffic from going on the highway. They also have a flat rate, which is great, because you know what price you will be paying at the end of your trip. They do charge a $5 fee when you're being picked up from the airport, but I think it's still worth it (compared to regular cabs that charge you a bunch of $$$ for crawling like snails). I called 2-3 hours before my flights, and they were super accommodating! Definitely not going back to regular cabs. Really - try them out, you've got nothing to lose. :) read more

The folks at Virginia Airlink could not have been more accommodating. My relative in her 70's was apprehensive about the process of connecting with the driver in Washington, D.C. After several emails back and forth, she was reassured there would be no problem and there wasn't, it was seamless! For her return ride, we asked to change the departure time at the last minute, and again, Virginia Airlink was so helpful and made the change. I've used their round-trip service 2 times this winter, with the last 2 times having to change/delay the pickup time due to weather. I emailed them my changes and they promptly responded and accommodated my requests, without charges. Personal, professional and dependable. It surely beats the airport parking. read more
