The driver arrived10 minutes before the pickup time, which was great, because it was like herding cats to get us all together. Our driver, Larry, was dressed impeccably. He was very polite, and helped the ladies into the limo. We had to make another stop and once again, he was so patient with us! He got us to the venue safely; he's a great driver! For the pickup he was there promptly and patiently waited for us to get together. We had a safe drive home, and Larry helped us out of the limo with a smile. I can't say enough good things about him. Also, Corey, the gentleman that I spoke with to make the reservation worked with me every step of the way. The price was very reasonable compared to other companies. I cannot say enough good things about this company AND Corey and Larry. I highly recommend!!!

I went to the office, left a deposit, and gave all the details to the lady in person. On the day of the event, they showed up with a party bus instead of the limo we booked. When I called to ask what happened, the lady was very rude and claimed she never confirmed a limo and that they "don't rent limos for Quinceañeras." This made no sense because my family has used this company for years. I had a party bus for my own Quinceañera, and just three years ago they rented us a limo for my cousin's Quinceañera with no problem. Instead of fixing their mistake, they said they had nothing available, refused to take any responsibility, didn't offer a refund, and didn't even try to resolve the situation. It was unprofessional, stressful, and completely unacceptable for such an important event. I will not be using this company again and I do not recommend them.
