I was a little weary, because I had never heard of this company before. However, my expectations were exceeded. The day of the tour, our driver personally called and asked just a couple of questions. From there he was able to perfectly customize the experience perfect for us. Vern took us to about 3x as many houses than the I have been to before in the same amount of time. He was very friendly and he vehicle was very clean and nice. He provided everything we needed, he tidied up the limo at every stop, and even let us stop to use the restroom. I definitely recommend this company. And I can't wait to use them again next year for a tacky lights tour!

The driver arrived10 minutes before the pickup time, which was great, because it was like herding cats to get us all together. Our driver, Larry, was dressed impeccably. He was very polite, and helped the ladies into the limo. We had to make another stop and once again, he was so patient with us! He got us to the venue safely; he's a great driver! For the pickup he was there promptly and patiently waited for us to get together. We had a safe drive home, and Larry helped us out of the limo with a smile. I can't say enough good things about him. Also, Corey, the gentleman that I spoke with to make the reservation worked with me every step of the way. The price was very reasonable compared to other companies. The person on the phone who helped me book the tour was very friendly and kind too. My family really enjoyed our experience. Matthew was an amazing driver and guide. He was kind, funny, and knowledgeable about the stops. We really enjoyed the hidden gem stop at the end of the tour. The bus was clean and comfortable. My family enjoyed our experience and we would absolutely book again with Matthew.

Not my time hiring a car/limo, but first time using this company…read more The vehicle was not clean. Floors were not clean, cup holders not clean. I had requested, both verbally and in writing, that the vehicle have 4 champagne glasses and water (to be fair, I've never had to request water in a car for hire, water has always been provided). Neither were present upon pick up. (Our driver did obtain water while we were at our first drop off, which was appreciated.) Driver seemed unprepared and unsure of herself. Did not use GPS through the vehicle. Instead, used it on her phone - had verbal directions turned on which was incredibly disruptive and ruined the ambience in the vehicle. Her phone was not mounted properly so on at least two occasions, she missed turns. At our last drop off, she overshot the drop off so we walked up the block. Not a huge deal, but again, I hired a car for a reason, and the whole night missed the mark. Overall, our driver, while very nice, lacked the professionalism I am accustomed to when hiring a vehicle/limo. Honestly, I felt like I was in a mediocre Uber but paid a hired car price, which was extremely disappointing. Upon sharing my feedback with the company, an apology was offered. But I would have expected a partial refund of some sort as a reflection of the lack of service and professionalism.

My boyfriend wanted to have a smoke, so he stepped outside briefly. Security would not let him back in, even after he showed his wristband. Security was all-around RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL, and prejudice towards my bf (he is white and I am black). After refusing to let my bf back in the club, the black security bouncer let my black friend back in with no problem. Absolutely disgraceful service. Ashamed that people have to act that way towards paying guests. Never coming back!

The step stool was also missing a piece and felt unsafe to use- not the level of comfort or safety we expected. When I reached out to voice my concerns, they were dismissed by Mark, stating that everything was working perfectly. I will not be using them again. Update: Mark, the owner, CONTINUES to lie about our experience in his rebuttal stating we left trash on the bus and other things. I will be taking my complaint to the BBB!
