From start to finish, Sam was professional, efficient, and incredibly communicative. He kept me updated throughout the project, answered my many questions, and was always willing to take the time to discuss options with me. As someone who wanted to be intentional about every decision, I really appreciated that he helped me think through materials, finishes, and products to make sure they were the right fit for my home. I am absolutely in love with how everything turned out... especially my bathrooms, the kitchen backsplash, and the beautifully restored cabinetry. The transformation is amazing. Because this was an insurance claim, there were many moving pieces, and Sam worked seamlessly with my public adjuster and everyone involved in the process. Prior to working with Sam, I consulted with at least 7 other contractors and Sam was able to offer the most reasonable and seemingly honest cost, he had a waitlist, and I was willing to wait - I am glad that I did. I would absolutely recommend Sam to anyone looking for a contractor who is skilled, reliable and honest!

These were small jobs, but he treated them with the same care as a bigger project. No job is too small for him!! The work was done efficiently and cleanly, and his prices were very reasonable, basically what non-licensed contractors would charge. He let me buy all the materials myself and very kindly handled the bigger items like vent pipes for FREE. Sam's quote is just the labor, so you are not charged a markup on your quote for any material cost. There were a few surprises along the way, and he took care of the extra work without charging extra. He also demoed the kitchen tiles nicely and even did some extra paint work and tile grout for free. He makes sure the project will be done well! Sam is honest and practical. He suggested I wait to install a kitchen vent until a future renovation. I still went ahead with it, but it was nice to hear someone not trying to upsell me. I can trust Sam's opinion for the job and not worry that I am being exploited by my lack of home renovation knowledge. Communication was great, the quote was detailed, and he kept my home protected and clean during the work. It's been four months since the job was finished and everything is still perfect. Reliable, honest, and skilled...I'll definitely hire Sam again.

Always communicated clearly, made the process easy to understand, and really delivered high-quality work. Any time we had questions or concerns, he explained things well and gave us peace of mind. His pricing was also more than fair, and the timeline was reasonable. Both of our smaller bathroom wet areas were completed in about three weeks. We started with the guest bathroom first, and after seeing the quality of the work, we immediately asked him to move forward with the master bathroom too. I would highly recommend Leo and his team. We're super happy with the results and would definitely hire him again for future projects

However, since I did not have many options here I had to just pray and trust that Leo would not be a scammer like the rest. I took the risk and trusted in Leo to help me solve the problem that my restroom was dealing with and I can say that Leo really went above and beyond in every step of the way. Leo was able to diagnose the problem which turned out to be that the previous contractors never did hot mop in my shower which was causing for the water to come out from the bottom. Leos communication throughout the process was excellent, detailed, and he addressed every concern I had with a great attitude, and ensured everything was resolved to my satisfaction. It is clear that Leo takes great pride in his work. Leo is reliable, knowledgeable, and trustworthy, and I am so happy to have found a contractor I can depend on. I am excited to work with you again and will be scheduling my next project with you soon.

We had a vision, and Mike brought it to life!…read more We've tackled our fair share of remodel projects over the years, but nothing quite prepared us for the leap into a complete, ground-up ADU build. We knew this wasn't a project to hand off to just anyone, we needed a true expert, someone who could steer us through every twist and turn with confidence. That's exactly what we found in Mike. From our very first meeting, Mike had a calm, reassuring presence that told us we were in good hands. He listened closely to our vision, asked the right questions, and laid out a clear path forward that immediately put our minds at ease. And trust us, our minds needed easing, we came to him with a steady stream of nervous, sometimes repetitive questions, and he never once made us feel like a burden. He answered every single one with patience, warmth, and genuine reassurance. Communication was a true highlight of working with Mike. He kept us updated at every stage, so we always knew exactly where things stood. What could have been an incredibly stressful, all-consuming process instead felt manageable, even exciting. He also took the reins on coordinating with city inspectors throughout the entire build, handling all the back-and-forth so we didn't have to lift a finger. That alone lifted a massive weight off our shoulders. And the icing on the cake? He finished the entire project ahead of the estimated timeline, without ever cutting corners on quality or care. If you're on the fence about a big build like this, let us save you the trouble: call Mike. He turned what could have been an overwhelming experience into one we're genuinely grateful for, and the final result speaks for itself. We couldn't recommend him more highly.

Mike applies his experience well with smart changes to the plans that we wouldn't have thought of, and was flexible when we had questions or changes to make. Overall we're very happy with Mike as a contractor and with the completed addition!

The wood deck in my backyard needed some major repairs due to poor, faulty construction and water…read moredamage. The cost to patch it up didn't make sense financially, so I decided to get quotes to build an entirely new one. Got the usual four estimates from various construction companies. A couple of them went way over than what I had budgeted for, and the remaining two were neck-and-neck. I went with Coronado because their common-sense approach and presentation gave me a lot of confidence in working with them. Sergio, who drafted the estimate, actually presented a much better option than a wooden deck: a concrete patio. That made a lot more sense to me as I wouldn't have to worry too much about maintenance. He also worked up some renderings of what the finished product would look like, and that pretty much sold it for me (along with the very reasonable estimate). The whole project took a few weeks, from the demo of the old deck to the concrete pouring, and all throughout, Sergio made himself available to any questions or concerns that I had. Additionally, his business is family-run, so I got to meet his father, his brother, and some of his other relatives who came down to work on the project. They were all courteous, professional, and competent. There were some minor fixes (some being electrical) that adjusted the original estimate a bit, but those made sense to me and were quite reasonable as well. Finding an honest, hard-working, and reliable general contractor can be difficult. Make it easy for yourseld and give Coronado Construction a try!

Our family can't say enough great things about PAC Construction! AMAZING!!!!!!!!!?…read more Like many people we previously got screwed by a contractor so were extremely skeptical about trying again but we were in desperate need for a bathroom remodel. We looked for a decent reputable contractor for an entire year! Then we heard about PAC Construction and saw pictures of their work. They came very highly recommended and the source was a good friend so we contacted them. First impression was great! We left a message and Cornelio returned the call promptly. Set an appt and it was confirmed and they were on time. We walked through the project with Cornelio and his partner and they understood exactly what we wanted. Seemed very knowledgeable and to our delight we received a very professional and detailed estimate within 24 hours. The estimate was very reasonable so we signed within a couple of days. They provided us with a very professional contract including license, certifications, and insurance information. Totally impressed! Then work began. Work started on time the day they had promised. Workers were very nice, respectful of our home. They were working hard at our house every day, showed up on time and worked a full day even on Saturdays. All of their work was 100% to our satisfaction. However, the tile work blew us away, it was impeccable!! My husband is extremely picky and I was worried that he would not be happy or find a fault in the work however that was not the case. We loved it!! For the duration of the project, things only got better. We were seeing each day our bathroom transform into a beautiful new space in our home! Whenever we called Cornelio he immediately answered our texts or phone calls. We knew he had other projects in other areas however he always made us feel like we were the only customer he had. We even changed our mind halfway through the project on a built out frame for the tub, which we thought would create a big issue and set us back a bit, however they figured out a beautiful compromise, built EXACTLY what we wanted without it causing the job to go over in time. They finished our bathroom before the date they'd given us and we couldn't be happier. Truly top notch professional contractor! Can't say it enough!!!
