    I know I'm not easy to work with and can be quite picky with what I want. In short, I can be a headache. Well, Rich from Riches Rides was the Advil. Inventory is notoriously low right now. I bounced around with what I wanted and finally settled on the 8 series. I talked to serveral brokers and all couldn't find the exact type I wanted. NONE could find what I wanted and even tried to pawn other cars on me. Rich told me give me a day and I will find u what u want and get your the best deal. I actually went as far as calling an old business associate i knew who worked at BMW... he told me he had something close but it was $250 higher in payment than what Rich said he would find and negotiate for me. The day was almost over and I was ready to give up on my car when Rich called me back. HE found the car and it was exactly what I wanted and for the exact price he promised he'd get me into. He delivered the car to my doorstep. Had the paperwork with the dealer rep and signing was easy. He walked the car with me, set up my devices, and showed me the bells and whistles. DONE DEAL! He's a straight shooter and the best in Southern California for high end vehicles for sure. Thanks for everything Rich. I'll be a client for life and I've already told several people about you.     I just leased an Audi S4 with Rich's help, and I couldn't be happier ... with both the car and the transaction. Rich was patient and helpful during my initial research efforts. When I got closer to making a decision, he was there to add input and get me quotes. Rich's quote beat out a dealer where I initially test drove the car as well as another broker who I had used for a past auto purchase. Rich found me the exact trim and color I was looking for. The car was even at my local dealership, which was a nice bonus. Beyond that, he also negotiated with the dealership to buy out my trade-in. They paid it off to the penny, which was $1500 more than I was quoted by two other dealerships. Being able to do the trade-in and the lease in one transaction at one location was a HUGE convenience. As for the transaction itself, Rich accompanied me to the dealership and made sure everything went smoothly. Due to some "family scheduling" issues, I had to bring along my 18 month old son (not ideal at a car dealership), but Rich helped keep my little one occupied, even playing Elmo videos on his phone. Talk about going the extra mile! I absolutely recommend Rich for a new car purchase or lease, as well as for selling you current car. Thanks Rich!!

    Rich came through again with an amazing deal for my brand new car just in time for the new year!! I couldn't be happier with my new 2018 Audi Q5!! He did the leg work and got me the best deal. He kept me posted and walked me through the process while I was at home spending time with my son. Deal was done and my beauty was delivered to my driveway! He was professional and courteous and made sure all my questions were answered. The car is everything I wanted and more.     I got referred to Richard by my brother in law who purchased a SUV from Richard and told me what a great experience he had with him. So, for my Moms birthday I wanted to purchase her a Mercedes Benz GLE 350 so I contacted Rich. He truly found me an amazing deal by far the best deal in comparison to what I was ab le to find at the dealer for a lease. Most importantly all my interactions with him were through the phone, text and email and through the entire process he was always very transparent and professional. Overall the experience I had with Rich was phenomenal it was easy, quick and I didn't have to step foot in the dealer. The problems arose after the purchase. 1) they attempted to sell me a car with obvious illegal windshield tint. After 2+ hours, they had removed the tint, but left 3/4 of the glue on the inside of my windshield for me to get handled. They said they'd send me $100 check in the mail. That was a week ago... hasn't happened. 2) I purchased my car at night so it was difficult to do a thorough inspection. The next morning, I noticed the inner tire shoulder was extremely worn (not the middle tread, which measured above 4/32). Also, in the sunlight, it looked like the black rims had been spray painted to cover imperfections. When I brought it to their attention they denied it... but... there was a can of black spray paint in the left rear door pocket. Wild. Understanding that I probably wouldn't get much out of them, I simply asked them to help towards the replacement of the low profile tires since they're unsafe ($500). They said no and ghosted me on further follow up attempts. Like I said, not the worst buying experience, but no empathy after the dotted line was signed.

I got a '21 TLX in January and he got me right to the price I was looking for and made the experience overall timely and enjoyable. Since then he's followed up multiple times and has helped me out with a few minor things whatever it is, quick response and quick solution. He seems to genuinely care for his customers and has gone and continues to go above and beyond. Everybody else at the dealership really was great too and I mean that efficient and straight forward. I'm 27 and I've bought and owned probably 6 cars by now 4 with dealerships so definitely can say with real meaning this overall has been by far my top experience buying a car. Since getting the car back in January I have taken the car for routine check up at a sister Acura dealer by where I live in the Inland Empire as I needed help with my Apple CarPlay (quick fix) and they said Acura Of Glendale sold me a car in impeccably good shape and that I didn't have even one thing I needed or they suggested to fix (first time that's ever happened for me at a dealer service center). Highly recommend this dealership and Daniel personally if you're thinking of shopping here. 10/10 dealership will be for sure coming back.

I was there on Saturday, April 18, to pick up my car. Everything was great, my service advisor helped me out and gave me my paper work in no time. I was told to wait outside and someone will bring my car down. I waited nearly 30 minutes to receive my car. I saw ONLY one young man hustling the whole time. He was a slim, young man with curly hair. Unfortunately, he was the only one I saw getting cars down which could explain the long waiting time. Upon him delivering my vehicle to me, I saw another young man who I assume was his coworker bringing another person's car down. He was tall, and light skinned. Unfortunately I was unable to get either of their names. But the young man that brought my car down was literally sweating and breathing heavy from what I assume was due to all the cars he had been bringing down , the other young man was visibly relaxed without a care in the world. How was one worker able to bring down a handful of cars while another managed to bring only ONE down. It is beyond ridiculous how such a great dealership allows workers like that into their company! Pacific BMW do better! That inconsiderate young man needs to have a serious wake up call from management. We need more people like the young man that was hustling! When I arrived and explained why I was there, I was told the used car sales manager (because that's essentially what my Jeep is at this point ) was busy. Fine. But not one person offered me a drink or said "please have a seat." It's the little things, and those little things add up fast. When the used car sales manager did appear, things went sideways quickly. Instead of greeting me professionally and inviting me into his office, he kept going back and forth between the sales floor and his office -- which was odd and frankly dismissive. It rubbed me the wrong way and a verbal exchange followed. Not my finest moment, but I shouldn't have been made to feel like an inconvenience in the first place. That's when Ruben stepped in. He saw the escalation, came over, and completely changed the tone. He was patient, kind, and professional even when I wasn't at my best. He never escalated, never made me feel dismissed, and handled everything with a level of calm I genuinely wasn't expecting. He's brand new (no business cards yet!) but already showing what great customer service looks like. The stars on this review go to Ruben and Ruben alone. They're fucked up the battery and left light on inside the car moving the dimmer on ( I took a picture of the dimmer )when I never left it on. Anyways that was a bad move and they're just want me to spend money buying a new battery. NO SEAN TRANZAS MECANICOS, GENTE DE SERVICIO AL CLIENTE FROM JEEP GLENDALE. Excellent customer service, service department made it easy to get an appointment, didn't have to wait around looking for help, prompt/easy shuttle service, timely delivery of car. This is how it should be everywhere!! Had some trouble with the tech connection for my phones - they resolved it for me. They were very kind, helpful and explained it to me with amazing patience. (Not the experience I had at Pasadena.) The only negative at New Century is their permanent building/location is under construction and the temp location is a bit dingy. Not a space you want to hang around and wait for your car. Despite this I would still highly recommend New Century Honda in Glendale and it where I'm going for my next service.

While I already had a rental reservation, Star offers rental discounts and transportation to your rentals. My ride arrived just as I signed the paperwork. Perfect timing. The communication and transaction were super smooth and the cost was beyond reasonable for a dealership as I had several issues resolved. The only issue I had was that once your car is there you are not able to call and speak to a live person in the service department over the phone. Star uses an AI bot that purposely keeps you at bay. The system kept saying it would escalate my calls but still I received no return call or update on my vehicle. I even called the operator but they would just transfer me back to the AI bot. Not a good look for a location that has such exceptional employees. While Martin was off for several days unexpectedly, not one person picked up his tickets to update his clients on their vehicles. I believe it was Nicole that ended up jumping in and working everything out for me before the weekend came and went. I will definitely be bringing my car back to Martin. I just hope they have worked a different system out by then.

That is how customer service should be done. Take notes. Meanwhile, you guys don't answer your phones for 4-5 days, make customers leave work early to wait at home for a no-show appointment, and only call afterward saying, "Sorry, can we schedule a pickup now?" How about showing up for the appointment that was already scheduled? I keep thinking--if my mother had called for service and had to deal with this, especially as an elderly person, it would be completely unacceptable. No accountability, no attempt to make it right, just another request to reschedule after wasting someone's time. At this point, I wouldn't trust you to service a remote control, let alone my car. I'd expect to get it back overpriced, mishandled, and dirty.

Going out on a limb and guessing that most of the people involved with this business are "new" now, and it shows. Popped in last weekend to take a look at a '14 Porsche 911 4S cabrio, and had a much better experience than I (must've) had back during the 2010s, LOL. The lot was maintained really well, the employees were attentive but not pushy, the car really was beautiful and clearly their techs made certain it was 100% before putting it on the lot. I also appreciated that they weren't high-pressure. Vince reached out several days (not hours) later to check in with me, and when my answer was "not this one, but I'll check in later" he accepted that graciously without trying any Jedi mind tricks. As such, I'll make every attempt to loop back with them when they have a Targa in stock (I've decided that's what I want instead of a cabrio), and do business with them. It's good to do business locally and with non-mega-corporations, and this little shop "on the corner" seems worthy of consideration!
