They gave me about an hours notice when someone was coming out, and he did a really nice job. I was very surprised when I got the bill and it was $125 more than it's ever been in the past. Especially surprising because the email thread we had been going back and forth in had our prior invoice at $275, not at $400. When I asked what was up they cited that it took their employee three hours and my gutters were more clogged than before. To me, nothing has really changed, if anything we have had more trees trimmed back, and more importantly, I didn't know that would affect the cost so dramatically. It had been under a year and half since I last had them out. Had I known, I absolutely would've gone with a more reasonable option. I also felt like their response was a bit off-putting, and I'm surprised because again we've hired them at least three times and I've had such positive interactions up until now. I'll be looking elsewhere moving forward; they do a nice job, and are a professional enough company, but the lack of customer service and shockingly high bill will have me finding a new go-to for my annual gutter cleanings.

So please understand what I say next is important to read. I hired Emerson Pros to replace my roof after hail damage and was left with a subpar experience. I am a first-time home buyer and had Emerson Pros contracted to replace my roof, and they were going to subtract a gutter company. After the installation, I had contractors at my house for unrelated work and then for gutter work (as they pawned off hiring the gutter company). Luckily each of these professionals told me unprovoked that my roof was not installed correctly. I hired a roof inspector to put together a list of things that were not right. Below are a few items that were lacking on my roof install: -The salesman had sold me on a valley that was different from the standard metal valleys, each person who came out to my house after told me I should've had metal valleys. -The nook of my house did not have ice and water shield and poor flashings. They came back ripped off the shingles and then installed it again. During the winter months (less than 6 months after the installation) I had ice up under my shingles and I now have water damage in my house. They will not do anything about the damage. -They reused step and counter flashings -No calking or secondary covers on plumbing vent pipes -Multiple window screens torn from tear off -Wall runs on building weren't torn off properly, poor job cutting back my siding to install new step flashings I informed the quality control representative from this company, and they lacked significant customer service skills. They worked around their contract to do the bare minimum on the install and only reinstalled the front shingles with the ice and water shield. In the end, I am grateful that I had to hire a gutter company and had contractors all tell me that this was not installed correctly, I'm not sure others would have the same opportunity as I did. These are just some of the significant items I experienced. I would not trust them to put another roof on for my family or friends.

We went with Thermal King and couldn't be happier. I truly feel like we got a higher efficiency window than others, and they look great. The installation crew worked extremely hard and they were so careful in their work. They paid attention to small detail and made sure that they were installed correctly. There were a few small issues with some of the windows from manufacturing and installation, but they were quick to fix and made everything right. After the corrections, I found one more minor issue, and they were out in a couple of days and got it resolved. We are very pleased with these windows and can already tell a difference in our heating/cooling and are excited to see the savings we have on our utility bills!

The glass was placed under the warranty plus the price of a service call, and again they slopped black sealer all over both glass doors, damaged the interior pull handle by knocking the paint off it and walked away because they lack integrity and will never take responsibility for their workmanship. The sunroom is not mine, it's on my mother's house and she's fought this company for well over a decade and now that she has cognitive issues at 87 years old I have to take over.
