First off I want to say the water is fantastic, I did a lot of research and this was the only company I could find that offers locally sourced spring water. Reading the reviews it seems the biggest complaints are missing deliveries and customer service. In the entire time we have had their service they have never missed a delivery. The schedule is very clear and I was easily able to add it to my calendar on my phone and create reminders to tell me when to put out the bottles. As for their customer service, every time I have had to call which was only twice they were pleasant and took care of all my needs. The last time I called was to get an extra bottle in the middle of my delivery month, they took care of it right away and had it delivered within a day or two. Overall I would definitely recommend this company for anyone wanting great tasting water delivered their home for a great price. That is another thing the price is amazing, their price delivered was less than what I could get from the company through Costco which only offers filtered tap water. No one informed us it was going to happen. Should have been Comcast but oh well. No big deal. So they just show up one day, remove a 3'x3' section of sidewalk and left it that way for a month. It only got done after a few weeks of me having to bug them about it. Afterwards the sidewalk repair is a hack job and they left a mess all over the place We understand that it is sometimes hard to fit things in, but after all the delays, you'd think they could do a halfway decent repair job. I've asked the company to remedy the oversight.

They came out for our bid within a few days of calling, and we had the bid in hand a few days after that. Competitors took weeks to give us bids, with some of them (like Bob Oates), never giving us a bid after several months and two follow-up calls from me. Once we were ready to get the work started, Cesar's crew was available within the week. We were getting our sewer completely lined because we found out when we bought the house 3 years ago that it was in pretty bad shape, and we made it a first priority for the house. They came to start work and discovered that one of the downspouts had pretty much disintegrated. It took them 1/2 day longer to complete the work because of it, but they didn't charge us for the extra work. In addition, they had told us that some of the yard would get ripped up, and we were prepared for that. What happened instead is that they dug up my plants and replanted them, but other than that, better grading, and the beautiful new pipes, you wouldn't have even known that they were there. They even sent a concrete crew on the last day to replace a part of the sidewalk that they had to rip out in order to access one of the downspouts. I recommend Full Bore without reservation! With all of this awesomeness, they were half the price of the other company who finally put in a bid after a month of waiting (O'Neill).
