Our driver William was easy going and we never felt rushed. Overall our experience was positive and we would use VaLimo4U again in the future. Couple of things to keep in mind: 1. They do not do contracts. I asked about this when paying our retainer fee. Not a problem for us, but worth mentioning. 2. Some of the features in the Hummer Limo were not functioning such as the special laser lighting. Again, not a big deal to us. 3. You need to bring a USB cord with you to play your own music. 4. I recommend bringing your own ice or requesting it from the company. We did not have ice in the cooler for our trip. Also, not a problem for us. Thanks for the great experience!

I was told 30 minutes for a cab and after 15 minutes I called to cancel it at which point the dispatcher hung up on me and said "whatever" as she was doing so. I was a general manager of several restaurants for many years. One of the first lessons you learn is to give a longer than expected wait time so that way you're not late. One of the second lessons you learn is not to act like a six year old when you are called out on your mistake.

We loved that the vineyards on the tour were close proximity to one another, so we didn't waste much time traveling, which was great. Joby was an excellent driver and even took us to the grocery store before dropping us at home, which was so sweet. I received an auto response and an email saying the stables were going to contact us the morning of if any cancellations were to happen. We never received any phone calls or texts or emails from the stables. We drove an hour from where we were staying and showed up even earlier as the instructions noted us to. We waited 45 min walked around the property and never came across anyone. The horses were out of the stables and roaming in the fences area but no one was around for the entire time we were there. Extremely disappointed with the whole experience. We were visiting from California and were actually looking forward to this as a highlight for our trip.
