As a group of ladies celebrating a special occasion we collectively had a terrible experience with this company. The party bus in general was frightening and felt like it needed maintenance. The bus felt unsafe and unreliable. The driver (Sherri) was unprofessional and uncomfortable. We paid cash for 6 hrs which included 20% gratuity. Sherri singled out one of our girls and texted her non stop about a larger tip bc "her company taxes her tip." Sherri also seemed like she had no idea where anything was considering they're a local limo company to Charlottesville. All in all, I never recommend this limo service to anyone! read more

Poor communication. Let me book through online portal and said rides were available. Sent an email canceling that went to my spam and I did not receive. Never received phone call or other communication to let me know ride was canceled. When it came time for our trip, we did not have a ride available. read more

Hands down the best Limo service I have ever used. I used the Luxury Limo Bus for a family funeral and was so much better than the limos I have used in the past. This modern limo was spacious, comfortable, and the company was super easy to use. The entire family really enjoyed the ride and professionalism that Camryn Limo offered. What an amazing experience I shared with my husband taking the Camryn Limo Wine Tasting Tour. It was not at all what I had expected. Bill went above and beyond to make this a memorable evening and by far exceeded any expectation. I actually thought at one point he was going to rollout a red carpet for us. We had a great experience with Camryn Limo during our recent trip to Charlottesville. I booked a private car for a 5 hour wine tasting tour. Our driver, Donald, was excellent and immediately made us feel welcomed and safe! Donald was very familiar with the area and had great suggestions for wineries to visit and photo ops. He stopped the car on several occasions to take pictures of us in front of the gorgeous fall scenery! The office was very responsive and flexible when I changed my reservation time at the last minute. Highly recommend!!! read more

I would like to start by saying this was the absolute worst experience ever. From the customer service, to the driver, to the lack of planning, it was all in all horrible. First and foremost, I was told you guys did the Tacky Light Tour in Richmond. This was obviously a lie because we saw our first house an HOUR into the drive. Having gone on a Tacky Light Tour prior, this is unacceptable. Most tours arrive at the first house within the first 15 mins of pick up, stops to let everyone out/take pictures, and then each stop is about every 10-15 mins WITH at least one bathroom breaks, if not TWO. The only reason we saw our first house is because I took over and googled the tacky light tours through Richmond Times Dispatch (which I highly recommend) then entered the nearest house into, not only, the driver's GPS but also mine as well because we already missed multiple turns. So from there on I acted as the co-pilot, telling the driver which turns to take, therefore missing out on the fun. Not only did we barely see any 'tacky lights', we were also not informed of any bathroom breaks, so in turn multiple passengers were begging me to tell the driver to take us to the nearest gas station/fast food restaurant. In the meantime, our driver could not manage his GPS. Instead of looking down at his GPS every few seconds, he had his phone up to his ear listening for which turns to take. For you information, when you are in charge of driving a party bus that's playing loud music, this is not an easy feat. So that being said, make sure to hire drivers that can safely operate a vehicle and navigate a GPS at the same time. Now for the bus itself... I was told there would be glasses and ice provided on the bus. There was absolutely NO ice and were missing glasses. We had to buy our own ice on our bathroom break. The speakers were terrible, the bass was obviously blown prior to our trip. We had to bring our own USB cord (thank god I checked out the radio situation before grabbing the rest of the people). On top of that, saying 18 people could fit on the bus was a stretch. We were crammed and two people had to sit on the ice chest because there was no more space. I would have rather you told us it was a 15 person bus and could cram 18 if need be. And lastly, the customer service... After an hour of aimlessly driving around and wasting our money, I decided to call Camryn Limo to make them aware of the situation. Sheri answered and I let her know of my annoyances and her response was "I will maybe have someone call you back." When asked "Maybe?" she yelled back at me saying "I don't know, maybe not"! I then asked "maybe not?!" in which she responded, "you just answered my question". This was no only confusing but also rude. I don't understand why the customer service rep would be yelling at me for nothing I did. I was not raising my voice, but yes I was frustrated. So in turn, this made me even more disgruntled. She said she would have someone call me back in 5 mins...they did not, so I called back. When I called back she, yet again, yelled at me saying "He's calling, so if you would hang up and answer"...which if you knew how phones worked these days, I can simply see a call come through while on the other line, giving me the option to hang up and answer. On top of that, she also accused me of being drunk. Obviously I was not since I was assisting the driver and had no time to drink, but regardless, this is an inappropriate accusation coming from customer service. Finally, Bill called me back and he was much nicer but didn't have much to say. He asked me questions about my trip and I made him aware of what was going on, in which he responded saying that "The driver said someone gave him a new route", an attempt to blame the poor experience on me. There was no assurance that they would fix this situation/make my experience better or at least reimburse me. (Keep in mind, all this is going on while on my trip, continuing to waste my time rather than catching up with old friends). I eventually just made the driver drop us off since we were reaching our 3 hour limit, having only seen 2 houses. Once we got back, I had to call Bill again since there was no assurance I would be receiving a call back. We were able to talk about the situation in further detail and we left the conversation agreeing that Bill would be giving me another call Saturday @ noon. Yet again, no call on Saturday. So this is where I am left off. Extremely poor customer service, a waste of $675, embarrassed and extremely upset. I am not the one to write bad reviews or be an "irate customer" but this whole experience is unacceptable especially having worked in customer service roles in the past, as well as now. All in all, it would have been easier to drive ourselves around and save a few hundred bucks since I pretty much was driving the bus myself. In my opinion, if you are looking for people whose first inclination is to find a way to not help you, then call Camryn. If you have experience in the limousine business in, please find a way to open here and give them competition. They need it. I believe they oversold a coupon on Living Social and have been inflexible about finding solutions to either providing the service or facilitating a refund. My experience is that they are difficult to work with and not worth the trouble. I recommend spending your money elsewhere. read more
