The best customer service... Heather and Tracy are angels. I called a few other places and they wouldn't accommodate our 2 wine stops and an airport run. Norm's employees were so accommodating and if you are paying for the hours they want to do whatever they can do for you. Heather was so sweet when I was telling her half of our group was going to stay wine tasting and some of the group needed to head to airport. She assured us they would work with us (unlike the other transportation companies in the area). Tracy messaged me the day before to confirm our plans and showed up on time. She was the BEST! Very professional and friendly. She let us control the music and was flexible with our plans. Even stayed 2 hours after our original end time. One of the girls missed her flight and Tracy was so kind to go back and even went into the airport to make sure my friend was okay. I recommend this company! read more

I have taken Norm's Transportation a few times from Dulles airport to Charlottesville. It's absolutely perfect. The pick up is on time and easy right at front gate, the vehicle is very comfortable and the driver, Heather, is fantabulous ! I highly recommend Norm's. read more

Norms executive transportation was great from the minute I booked with them, to drop off back at the house. Excellent customer service, so sweet and personable! I would definitely recommend and will be using them again in the future. read more

Norm's Transportation is a terrific option for travel between Charlottesville and Dulles Airport. I recently used Norm when I traveled internationally. It was so wonderful to have door-to-door service and not have to worry about driving before/after a long 20 hr flight. Given that I avoided the cost of parking, mileage, and wear and tear on my own vehicle, the price (which includes tip) was reasonable. The drivers were both very professional. I'll definitely use Norm again! read more

Norm was great! He was prompt, got us to our destinations safely, and was very personable and fun. We would definitely use his company again in the future! read more

Great wine tour service! Our driver arrived earlier and communicated well with us throughout the experience. We picked out three vineyards to go to and she suggested the best order to go to them during. We had a reservation at our first one, so we placed it first and then our driver was able to help us break up our time at the remaining two to stay within our time slot. The van was clean and we felt very safe in our sprinter van. I recommend Norm's for your future transportation needs. read more

We booked Norm's to take us to and from DC after I accidentally booked our departure and return flights at different airports. They were much lower in price than the other companies in town, and booking online was so easy. They even held onto our kids' car seats for us and brought them back for our return drive. The driver was super kind, responsive, and helpful. It was the smoothest and least stressful airport transport ever, and I would definitely book them again in the future. read more

I'm so glad we picked Norm's Executive Transportation for our bachelorette party wine tour! We booked the 14 passenger luxury van for 6 hours. Their team was really helpful before the trip, recommending wineries, helping coordinate the more complicated reservations, and making changes to the booking as needed. The van itself was really comfortable and clean and our driver Heather was SO much fun. She was right on time at every stop, and even came inside to check on us at each location to make sure we were having fun and mixing in some snacks with all of the wine we were drinking ;) The price seemed like a good deal compared to all of the other companies I looked at before booking, and I can't imagine getting a better experience from any of the more expensive options. I would totally book Norm's again and will be recommending it to all of my friends from here on out! read more

We booked a 14 passenger van for a 5 hour wine tour and they were fantastic. They helped with recommendations for what wineries to go to and the driver was stellar. Could not ask for a better experience!! Would definitely book them again. read more

It can be overwhelming to plan a bachelorette party for a group in a town you don't know, and Norm's Transportation took the stress out of that and went above and beyond to make sure it was as easy as possible for us to get around. For 11 girls we took a 14 passenger van, driven by hilarious and sweet Fred who packed up a cooler filled with water and offered to take our photo at every stop. The trip was a blast and the service was phenomenal, Norm himself even called me directly to suggest alternate stop that ended up being our favorite of the day! (Hazy Mountain - check it out if you're booking a winery tour! You won't regret it!) The bride had such a great afternoon and it was such a pleasure working with these guys. read more

Great service. They're friendly, reliable & communicate throughout process. Cars are clean & they drive them well

This experience was great! Heather was AMAZING and super friendly. I know of only one vineyard I really wanted to see so she built us an itinerary around that vineyard. Our driver was extremely nice and flexible as we had to change pick up locations at the last minute. He was also very knowledgeable of the vineyards and the area's history. One thing I would recommend Norm's looking in to doing is calling ahead to the vineyards that require reservations. The very first vineyard did require a reservation and said we were not on the list. We were fine but had to find somewhere to sit that did not have service. We were kinda hoping to have service. Between me, my husband, and the driver, we ended up calling the last three vineyards on our own to see if we needed a reservation. The second and last didn't require one for our small party of two. The third one did if we wanted to sit outside but we found a table inside and were quite happy there. But all-in-all it was a great experience and would definitely recommend to anyone. read more

We have used this business twice now. While the price has gone up slightly that is to be expected. Our driver was polite and knew the area quite well. The only downside was the speed of the vehicle. We hit 70+ plus on some of the roads which are very curvy. We were a little hesitant to make any comments about the driving however we did mention in a polite way that we were getting to our destinations very quickly. 2/22/2023-Updated Please note that I looked back at our last tour two years ago and the gratuity was not added later in the booking process unlike now where it is in the price that is shown on the website. I apologize for the misunderstanding. read more

Hiring a car service elevates the wine tour experience and ensures guests can enjoy themselves without worrying about excessive drinking and driving. Ask your driver to make recommendations and plan a tour that maximizes time at the wineries, not on the road. A special thank you to Jessica who understood what my guests and I were looking for. She totally delivered with a recommended last stop with amazing food and views. The staff is a great resource. Ask for their recommendations. read more

We had the greatest experience with Norms Transportation. Heather was amazing to work with and help me coordinate which vineyards we were going to stop at during the trip. We were so lucky to have her as a driver!!! I will 100% use Norms again if I'm ever back in Charlottesville! read more

My husband and I wanted to celebrate our wedding anniversary vineyard hoping and there's no better way to do that than with Norm's! Norm called me a few days before to confirm our date, time and location. He also thanked me for choosing his service and talked a little about the area. The day before I got a call from our driver, Jennifer. Jennifer went over different options and locations but also wanted to get a feel for what we were trying to experience. Jennifer was seriously amazing. Lots of great conversations and she knows a lot about the area so we got the best recommendations. The car was a nice size SUV which was super comfortable, especially for just the two of us. I plan on going back to the Charlottesville area with my family for a girls weekend and we will definitely be using this service! read more

I had business guests coming in from out of town who needed an airport pickup and drop off, and a drop off at our office. Norm's was very accommodating. Staff was friendly. Amazing experience! I booked Norm's SUV for a group of four to visit 4 vineyards in 5 hours. The car was very spacious and clean. Our driver,Stacy, was awesome and picked us up from our hotel on time. When we were finished at a vineyard we could just text our driver and she picked us up right up front which was super nice on a rainy day. We used Norms for a bachelorette wine weekend. I found them from googling best private wine tours in the area. Booking was super easy and they even reached out to confirm everything and to make sure I made reservations for certain wineries we wanted to attend. Jermaine picked us up the day of our tour. He was on time and the SUV was super clean and spacious. Jermaine was the BEST!!! He took great care of us and made sure we were informed about our reservations and how far away our next vineyard was. He even offered to come out and take our photos.
