We rented a 6 person golf cart for our wedding. Royal Cart delivered the cart two days in advance and picked it up the day after. We also requested a cart attendant who showed up on time and was the most professional vendor we hired for our whole event. We required all of our guests to be vaccinated to eliminate the need to wear masks but our cart attendant stayed masked for the entire event and took his job very seriously... in the most professional way possible. We used the cart to pick people up who parked far and bring them to the front of the house where the event was taking place. We also used the cart for the groom's entrance. Everything was a hit! We did hang some decorations from the cart which we used some painters tape so it didnt damage any paint on the cart.

First time posting a negative review, but I thought this was so wrong:…read more-10******* So, when you are excited to upgrade to a 2015 Golf Cart and decide to purchase one from Peebles Golf Carts in Richmond, VA (on a Friday) and they have it all nice and clean (on the outside) and you get it to where you need it and the batteries will not hold a charge for longer than 30 min., you would expect by Monday morning, they would at the very least replace the batteries with "Good Used" batteries that actually hold a charge. Four out of the six batteries were tested with a Hydrometer and found to be "dead". NOPE, no replacing, no concern, Notta. Ryan said, "If it holds a charge for 30 min. then the batteries are good to go". How is that for great customer service? We will never do business with them again and put this out there for anyone else who might be looking to purchase a cart from them and who may, like we did, depend on their business reliability and honesty. Score negative -10-------* We can buy new ones for $650.00 from them, but guess what go elsewhere we just purchased some for $90 a piece at $540.00. From wiring half ass installed speaker with wires running through the cargo basket, to break lights that only work intermittently, to wheel covers grossly undersized leaving exposed rim. I have had to fight them all along the way to get things corrected. Huge hassle!!! Jennifer was great but Grant is not customer friendly. Not worth dealing with them. Did not want to leave a bad review and impact their business but also don't want anyone else to go through what we have...Buy your golf cart somewhere else.... ANYWHERE ELSE!!!
