We have a really great time kayaking on the river today. The folks at Shenendoah River Adventures were super friendly and helpful. They made it easy to reserve a spot, were easy to find, they drove us to the river, and helped us get started with all of the info we would need. The river itself is really nice too. Easy Class 1 rapids between beautiful spans with gorgeous views. Highly recommended to use this company during your visit!

My daughter and I wanted to go tubing- she is 12 years old. We did not want to go 3-5 hour tubing trip, but thought one or two hours would be ideal. This was the only tubing company we could find that could provide us with such a trip. They were so nice and easy-going. Provided us with their a funny driver, Frank, to pick this up at the end. Our driver even told funny jokes as we dried off on the way back. We thought at $17 a person this was the perfect price. We were even offered to do it all over again at no additional charge but we were fine with our one time around the island. Easy Rapids still waters and lots of fun!

Make sure everything was plugged in and sealed. Picked the boat up and the first lie I was told was that I did not need the float switch, the bilge pumps had them built in... They decided to keep it disconnected and not add it back in to the loop. They hooked up the live well backwards on the port side so open is closed and closed is open and the levers are bent with over tension. The tubing was not completely seated on the piping for the pumps, and it gets worse. They did not use the sealant (I Provided) for the bilge drains and I was able to loosen them by hand. Had I not checked their work before putting the boat in the water I am sure it would have gone under. The bilge pumps were resting on top of the tubes for the live wells and they probably would not have been able to keep up with the input from the lack of sealant on the loose bilge drain caps. another big issue was the battery mounting plate. They only had two screws holding the plate down and many of the screws that were there to hold the batteries in the stands were missing. Had I been able to go down the lake without sinking it, had I hit any kind of wake, those batteries would not have held in place at all! I expected them to do quality work, but in the end I would have expected better work to be done by a third grader to be quite honest. It was the biggest hack job I have ever witnessed. Save your money and go elsewhere.

Stop and Read I am…read morewriting to formally express my dissatisfaction with the service provided by Mid Atlantic Watersports at Lake Anna, Virginia. Over the course of multiple visits, I brought my Centurion boat to Mid Atlantic for recurring overheating issues. Despite repeated attempts, they failed to diagnose or fix the problem. Frustrated and out of options, I drove five hours--each way--to Wake and Water, an authorized Centurion dealership in Lake Norman, North Carolina. Within just one day, Wake and Water correctly diagnosed the issue and had my boat fully repaired within a week. They determined that the root cause of the overheating was improper winterization--a service that Mid Atlantic Watersports had exclusively performed on my vessel since I purchased it brand new. As a direct result of this negligence, both the transmission cooler and raw water cooler failed, causing unnecessary damage, downtime, and expense. I reached out to Mid Atlantic directly, calmly and respectfully, in hopes of finding a solution or reimbursement for the repairs. However, they informed me that winterization services are not covered under warranty and refused to take any responsibility--despite their role in the damage. I want to be clear: I'm not writing this out of spite or to bash another business. As a business owner myself, I understand that mistakes happen. But I also believe in accountability, and after giving them multiple chances and spending my hard-earned money, I was left with no choice but to speak up. This is a warning to all Centurion and Supreme owners: be extremely cautious when dealing with Mid Atlantic Watersports. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend their services under any circumstance.

My daughter and I barely managed to pull it to the shore because it wouldn't start. when we called them, they said it was my fault because I should have inspected it before taking it to the lake, they took my 500$ deposit and now their insurance billed me a $10.000 bill saying the Jet ski is total loss. The jet ski they gave us was an old and poor maintained. They just want a replacement for it and want to blame it on the customer. Stay Away from them .

I have nothing but praise for the team at Prince William. They are professional and prompt with everything. The boatel experience is the best way to do your boating on the Potomac. The boat is high and dry when you are not using it, but is always in the water, fueled and ready to go when you want it. Boats stored in a boatel retain their resale value because they just do not age! They are not sun damaged, they do not get marine growth, they do not get vandalized... It is the best way to protect your investment. The marina has a great clientel and local yacht club. They have a heated pool for customers and it is open longer than your neighborhood pool - it is a great place to hang out and meet new friends when you can't or don't want to be out on the hook. The restaurant at Prince William is only okay - Honestly though, I have found that all the waterfront restaurants on the Potomac are lacking - between no real winter business and no real weekday business during the season, none of them can retain quality chiefs or wait staff. But you can get a decent burger and fries here - about all you would expect or need after a day on the water. The bar is lively with a full band schedule. It has a regular crowd that can be a bit sketch at times. Lots of nice Harley's in the parking lot next to the BMW's and SUV's if you are into the biker crowd. But it is generally a pleasant mix of people and I've never heard of any problems. Boating is not cheap - looking at some of the reviews, it seems that other reviewers may have had different expectations. PW Marine's service department does have high rates, but they are in the normal range for waterfront repair yards. The quality of their work is OUTSTANDING. You get what you pay for. I'll definitely be back when I'm ready for my next (bigger) boat... Thank you PW Marine for helping with all the great boating memories we have!

Next I talked to really nice older lady and she couldn't even locate a pen in the mess. Finally her friend, who doesn't even work there, takes over, locates the pen, and then they had to go in the back to look for a work order. After a few minutes, she finally comes back with a work order and the we proceeded to my boat and I explained to her what was needed. She jotted down the information and I thought finally I was good to go. Asked the older lady when she thought I would get the estimate and possible time frame and she said they would call me in a few weeks with the estimate before they started the work. Two weeks later, my wife call back and to find out the status since we hadn't heard anything. She talks to some guy on possibilities it would be done before Memorial weekend. He responds, not sure, we had to order parts and doubtful. But he had to talk to someone and would call back. And of course, he never did. She then informed me of conversation once I returned home, and I said, that is weird, no one ever called me on the estimate. So Memorial weekend comes and goes with no boat. I finally call again yesterday after it the phone rings and rings, and then a guy answers it finally! I explain again about my boat, and he says.. thats weird, we havent even looked at it! Im like its been a month now... and then I asked, so when do you think you will finally get to it... His response... Good Question...Sweet.... Then mumbles a little more and finally say possibly in about a week and half or so. So trying to be patient, I said your sure this time... and he said yeah he thinks so. I hang up and talk to my wife and we finally found another place to take it. I then call back, and ringy dingy ding forever again, and then finally the guy answers again and I then told him Im just going to come pick it up. Told him it be after they closed and he was sure, come get it. That night go to pick up the boat, and wala... my frickin license plate is gone!!! Pulled it out anyway and took it next place to be looked at. Called this morning was shocked they answered on the 5th ring... (progress LOL) and sure enough, they have no clue of the plate. Really tried to give they guys the benefit of the doubt to over look the horrible insides, the horrible building, the horrible junk yard of boats. Next time... will realize the warning signs....
