I called FIVE locksmith/towing etc. companies, of those, only two answered and one was over a two hour wait. Krista with Hart's not only actually answered the phone nearly immediately, but she was also wonderfully pleasant and helpful, I was given a very reasonable quote for service pricing and a time estimate from her in probably under a minute. The estimate for wait time was 30 minutes until arrival at my vehicle. Elwood with Hart's arrived in 29 minutes and had my vehicle unlocked easily in record time. I paid and bam, back on the road to get home. I was SUPER STRESSED because my dogs were boarded and I was due to pick them up that evening. Because of Hart's ability to answer the telephone right away and swift service, I was able to pick up my dogs just as the kennel was due to close for the evening. THANK YOU so much, Krista and Elwood. You saved me a ton of anxiety and another night's boarding fee for two dogs.

We took it back thinking the repair would be no charge, but no! They found something unrelated to repair. More money! I'm not saying Car ER is incompetent. What I am saying is ever since our first repair at Car ER we've had problems costing more money! Coindence? I would stay away from Car ER, but that's your decision to make.

I do most of the repairs on their cars when they are home and knew their vehicles well- but when they were away I needed another option. These folks are prompt, highly communicative, HONEST, and their prices are excellent. I never had them quote for unnecessary repairs. They provided some helpful suggestions to do repairs that were reasonable for very old vehicles. They do quality repairs and they honor their work. When I had a rebuilt alternator fail about a year after replaced- they replaced it with no charge for the unit (just labor). I've also had brake work and other repairs done there with excellent outcomes. If you're looking for a reliable mechanic for your college student away from home and are worried about being taken advantage of by an unknown mechanic- rest easy. These folks are outstanding and trustworthy. I wish I had them in my town- they would be my go to mechanic every time!

0 stars! I took my car here on a Monday to get a state inspection. They told me I needed two tires…read moreand said they could put them on but would have to do so the following day (Tuesday). I agreed and they said it would be ready by 11a/12p on Tuesday. At 1pm I hadn't heard from them so I called and they said the tires hadn't come yet (they did not tell me they didn't have the tires), but the tires would be there any minute and the car would be ready today. I called again at 330pm and they said the tires hadn't come and it wouldn't be ready until the following day. On Wednesday at 12pm, I called again and they said they were putting the tires on now and it would be about 45 minutes and stated I would get a text when the car was ready. At 2:00, I hadn't heard anything so I called again. They said the tires were on and they were waiting for a balance machine. I informed them I'd be in at 3pm to pick up my car and it needed to be ready. At 3pm I arrived at the station and they hadn't even started putting the tires on. I waited in the waiting room until 330 when it was finally done. It took 3 days for them to put on two tires, and they lied to me about its progress every step of the way. At approximately 2:05pm on Wednesday I received a notification through the Kia Access App that the theft alarm was activated. When I picked up my car and took it home I noticed that there was clear visible damage where it appeared as though someone used something to attempt to break into my vehicle. I confronted the station about it and they apologized and stated they would pay for the damages. It has been 3 weeks and they have not issued me a refund or paid for the damages despite me following up consistently. Do not take your car here!
