I was promised a flash drive with all of my signed paperwork sent by mail--I never received anything. I've called multiple times and have been given nothing but excuses and runarounds. The worst part: I later found out the vehicle has a Structural damage report on the CARFAX that I myself had to look up because I was not given a CARFAX when I asked for it, which was NEVER disclosed to me at the time of purchase. This is a huge issue and completely unacceptable. Failing to disclose something this important is misleading and raises serious concerns about how this dealership does business. At this point, I have lost all trust in this place and will be pursuing legal action. Save yourself the stress and go somewhere else.

The car seemed clean, and the owner (a woman who presented herself as professional and courteous) reassured us by saying insurance was included. That gave us peace of mind--until reality hit. Just over 1,000 miles later, the engine failed completely. A complete breakdown. No warning signs, no second chances. When we tried to use the insurance we were told was "included," we were shocked to learn it only covers up to $1,500. For an engine replacement that can cost upwards of $8,000, that's basically nothing. It felt like we were tricked--like the coverage was just a sales tactic to close the deal. What made it even worse was how the owner handled things. She was responsive and friendly when we were shopping. But as soon as we reached out for help, she stopped replying completely. No returned calls, no returned texts. We were left to deal with a totaled car and a mountain of repair costs alone. This has been an incredibly expensive and painful lesson for our family. They have a few ATMs outside that are available 24 hours. They used to have a coin counting machine in their lobby but recently got rid of that. They do accept rolled coins (you gotta put the work in yourself now). I've reviewed their loan options and products and do have to admit that I am impressed. Their options seem competitive with other options in the industry and their exceptional customer service focus helps to make for a more enjoyable experience for everyone involved. Based on my experiences, I would definitely recommend considering Navy Federal Credit Union for your banking needs if you meet their membership eligibility criteria!
