They have a wonderful coffee bar and all kinds of nice items you can take with you such as Chapstick and prizes for kids. The dentist is warm and friendly and most importantly the best dentist ever! Just some background here: The Army tracks closely your medical readiness. Part of that is dental. Without going into all the different categories, just know that in a perfect world, ZERO dental issues, you have to get a full check up, cleaning and X-Rays once yearly. So that's what I was in for. The facility is nice. The hours are great. The staff is amazing! Loooooved my dental hygienist. She was a lot of fun. And did a great job. And call me a sucker, but I can never hear enough how perfect my teeth are. Now maybe not perfectly white like the teeth in a cigarette advertisement... but I mean, when I dentist digs around in your mouth and compliments more than once how amazing your teeth are, it makes a fella feel nice. 36 years on earth. No cavities, fillings, braces, Bridges, root canals, caps, grills, fronts, backs whatever... perfection. And now that I have found this great dentist and I'm still on the Army's duke, my teeth will stay great!

The problems started with the actual dental work. In February, I had a cleaning and two fillings scheduled. The hygienist was extremely rough during the cleaning, leaving my mouth sore for hours. Worse, my teeth still had visible plaque, which I had to scrape off myself. The filling appointment was even worse. The dentist pushed hard for an unnecessary root canal (likely for profit), in which I'm not doing because it's not good for your health , and the procedure left me in pain for weeks. I couldn't eat on that side of my mouth, and now I feel sharp pain with hot/cold food or flossing. I didn't go back for my second filling because of the pain and trauma from what feels like an exposed nerve. The work felt rushed, and the dentist seemed annoyed the entire time. She was huffing and puffing. It's now May, and I have to find a new dentist to fix their mistakes because I'm still in pain. This place cares more about money than patient care.

I have horrible memories about going to the dentist but it's something we have to do and I'm glad I found this place. Especially because they saved my husband life. My husband had something on his tongue that resembled a canker sore he had previously reach out for medical help but was reassured that it wasn't anything important, months passed by and he forgot about it but one day he noticed that it didn't go away. We decided to make an appointment with the dentist to figure out what was on his tongue and right away the dentist said my husband should get a biopsy and he was concerned. My husband is very healthy, athletic and young so we didn't worry to much. My husband got the biopsy done and the doctor he was referred to by the dentist called that he wanted to see my husband right away we started to worry but never imagine that they would diagnose my husband with oral cavity cancer. Long story short it's so important to find a good dentist and be consistent with them. I love this place but the only thing I don't like is that you have to pay upfront and then you are reimbursed by your dental insurance they do fill out all your paperwork and send it to your insurance which makes up for the fact that you have to pay upfront!! Best dentist in WNY!

Brooke was incredible with my daughter (which was my primary concern). Moreover, the establishment is spotless, classy and comfortable, the staff amiable and helpful. The atmosphere is completely calm. I am actually looking forward to my own appointment next week (this is coming from someone who had actively avoided dentists for years). It was also a huge weight off my shoulders to realise that they bill insurance first, unlike my last dentist. I highly recommend this place for anyone who has been evading the experience.
