Dr. Laura Barres is truly the best and she has such a friendly and outgoing personality. On top of that she makes any procedure better and gets you in and out very quickly (plus they have TVs for you to watch). Jennifer does my cleanings and she is equally as friendly and amazing. The entire staff is so nice, it really is an awesome environment and I look forward to it now! They even have a new addition - Ralph, a mini golden doodle who is being trained to be a therapy dog to help patients to calm them and lay on their laps during cleanings and procedures! We weren't happy with that practice for many reasons, and Altman Dental was recommended to us by many families that we are friends with. He sees me and my husband and even my 9 year old! He LOVES Dr. Altman ( even more than his Pediatrician which says a lot!). I just came here to say that I always have a great experience with the front desk ladies, while I'm in the chair Dr. Altman is conversational and is humorous and informative and explains what's happening as he's doing it. Today the first step of my implant has started and I needed this tooth pulled. It was a great experience! I don't doubt that he will check on me later. Buffalo location with Dr. Ben. I feel like I'm visiting with friends. Dr. Viktoriya did an upper and lower partial for me and they did a fantastic job. I had to get a new upper done at N. Buffalo office. We had a little hiccup with the first rendition of the new upper. So Dr. Ben called Evolution Dental Lab and set me up with an appointment with Jim the technician that was working on my upper. Jim and also the owner Andy(great guys and top notch lab) worked together and I ended up with a perfect partial. Concierge and Evolution Dental Lab will go the distance to make sure things are right.
