Place is a little cluttered because they are updating and renovating the space. X rays are done right in the chair and simple. The hygienist was wonderful and Dr. Lawson was laid back and informative. Not at all condescending or disrespectful. Most other dentists I've seen were. Well i was recoverying at home and went to the doctors and was told i had cancer, so i had to have surgery, got home and called the office again to tell them what was going on and i explained what was going on and ask them if i could please have the same Dentist because i really liked him, i was told no problem because the Doctor did make me new teeth and i told them i needed an adjustment. Then another tradigety, my Granddaughter passed away, so i called again explained again what was going on even though i was still not healed from all this, but i wanted to see my Doctor, again they said no problem we understand why you are not coming in, and i told them i will be in as soon as all this was taken care of and again they said no problem. So i called for an appointment in June and the girl told me it has been to long and the dentist will not see you, i told her i have been calling in and was told it was ok, and she said no and hung up. How can they get away with this, it is very unfair being i was told they understood my situation. I know it is not the Doctors fault, but the front desk just hung up on me. I am 77 years old and never had such a bad experience. All i wanted was an adjustment as i can not wear them this way. Please , i do not know what to do i paid them up front for them and all i want is an adjustment. they are to long in the back of my throath and have bumps all over the top of the roof of the teeth. Expected over $5000 for partial payment for procedures I never agreed to! When informed i had insurance, receptionist was rude and commented on how she already checked. I then handed her my coverage card, only for her to continue to disrespect me. I was a patient of Dr. Cappellucci for years! This practice doesn't come close to his dental service. I feel like they were just out for money. First comment out of the dentist was you should get implants $30,000! Are you kidding me! This was never a conversation with Dr. Cappellucci. Beware of this place, unless you want to spend money. It has been over 2 weeks and i have never heard back from them. They were supposed to have the office manager look into my insurance and call me. Apparently because i questioned the crazy cost, i have been forgotten. It is okay, i am sure i can find someone else who is less money hungry. It is a shame, this was a great practice when Dr. Cappellucci owned it.

I show up to my appointment and they said oh you never confirmed so we canceled it. Are you kidding me!!! I said I'd be there when I made the appointment and unless I call to cancel I'LL BE THERE!!! On top of that the receptionist went back and forth arguing with me on don't you have to confirm your appointments at other places...However this same place if you call to cancel the day before because your sick they won't let you. I have been going to this place for the last 4 years and honestly, this is the first time I have had any issue with them. The blame goes to the receptionist because the dentists and the hygienists are actually very nice and considerate. The receptionist on the other hand, has no regard for people's time, is rude and does not own a mistake when she makes one. I had my appointment at 3 pm today. I get a message around 1:50 pm that my hygienist is free early and asking if I could come in sooner. I check my work schedule, talk to my boss and decide to go early to accommodate THEIR request. I text back saying I can be there by 2:40 pm and they reply saying OK. I get there and am asked to be seated. It is now 3 pm and I am upset that I had to get permission to leave early just to sit in the waiting area. I ask the receptionist what the point of asking me to come early was and she goes in to inquire. Apparently, even though they knew I was coming early, they gave another patient to my hygienist right before I arrived. I am not attended to until 3:10 pm so essentially I came in early for no reason. The hygienist was polite and apologized even though it is not her fault to be assigned a patient while waiting for me. On the other hand, the receptionist is extremely rude to me, does not apologize once and when I point out that they shouldn't have texted me when they weren't ready for me, all she says is "that was not our intention". Well, clearly it was because you CHOSE to assign another patient to my hygienist while knowing that I am on my way coming in early at your request. I am away from my work desk a lot more than I needed to be because of her and she takes no accountability. If the management sees this, I hope they talk to the lady at the reception so she doesn't treat anyone this way in the future.

The front staff are friendly and helpful, and both the dental assistants and the doctor are truly incredible. I tend to get very anxious about dental visits, but this team made me feel completely comfortable and at ease. They listened to my concerns and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire procedure. I've tried several dental practices before, and I have never felt this relaxed or well cared for. I called to make an appt asap off hours intending to leave a message for call back, but and talked directly with Dr Ricotta. Appt was set asap working with my schedule. I was in and out inside of 1/2 hour with no pain and tooth fixed...(cracked filling replaced and pain free).
