They never told me even though I had gone back for multiple appointments so it ended up going to collections. I called to ask how much my next appointment was going to be the day of and good thing I did because I reached the limit on my insurance and it was going to be $1000, again no one told me. I called to ask how much my filling would be and the front desk person grunted in annoyance and after being on hold for a few mins she came back and said she would have to call me back. Guess what they never did! The dentist herself is a little ruff and has little bedside manner but is really fast. Since I have some anxiety going to the dentist I didnt mind.

We weren't happy with that practice for many reasons, and Altman Dental was recommended to us by many families that we are friends with. He sees me and my husband and even my 9 year old! He LOVES Dr. Altman ( even more than his Pediatrician which says a lot!). I just came here to say that I always have a great experience with the front desk ladies, while I'm in the chair Dr. Altman is conversational and is humorous and informative and explains what's happening as he's doing it. Today the first step of my implant has started and I needed this tooth pulled. It was a great experience! I don't doubt that he will check on me later. If you are looking for a new practice, I highly recommend!!! I have even seen Dr. Gellert and he's wonderful too. So glad we switched years ago.
