Well after 2 visits and $1000 out of pocket it turns out that it wasn't covered and I was out that money. I would never had continued going to the practice if it wasn't covered! I tried to get the office managers to understand my dissatisfaction with what has happened but they only listened to part of the story and never the part where I was told by their employee that my insurance was accepted at their office!! Our family of 5 have been patients of Winning smiles for 17 years and we have always loved it there until recently. It is nearly impossible to get through to anyone on the new phone system, billing discrepancies have been handled with threatening letters and texts. We spent hours gathering documentation on a billing issue and the only response was a letter terminating treatment. The only verbal communication that we have had has been argumentative and has provided zero resolution. We have received texts about missed appointments a week before the actual appointments. We were billed $1000 over the amount agreed upon by our insurance, which is in network, the insurance was not billed until 2 years after the start of treatment and the claim is now expired. I waited weeks to write this review in hopes that we would have an explanation or constructive plan to move forward but we only have a letter of termination of care for our daughter and email regarding late payment of an amount that no one at Winning Smiles can explain. Disappointed and sad about such a decline in what was once a great practice.

She tried to empower my daughter and give her confidence - She never once looked impatient or made my daughter feel bad about crying and being so anxious. That's not just a fantastic dentist, that's a beautiful person! Also, Dr. Amy's entire staff was wonderful. I don't know her name, but the assistant in the room was so calming, and a total Pro. Kate on the phones is a class act - never made me feel uncomfortable about asking questions and was extremely helpful. As a parent, I could not have wished for a more knowledgeable, kind and professional dentist. Also, just a great role model for my young daughter - to see a brilliant woman dentist also be so kind and compassionate. First let me say that I have no fear of dentistry at all so you can read the review with that in mind and imagine how it would be for someone who does have these issues. Recently I had something ,other than my usual every six month cleaning year after year, occur and I needed it handled as soon as possible. I called my usual Amherst office and explained the situation to the office staff who were very nice and had me speak to Dr Laura Littman. Dr Littman was absolutely wonderful. She understood my concern and wanted to get me in the correct situation as soon as possible. She was so very helpful in getting me in to the Orchard Park office that day. When I arrived at the Orchard Park office their staff was so welcoming. Nikki ( assistant) and Dr Fallon never made me feel like I disrupted their schedule. Dr Fallon asked questions and listened to the answers. Asked if the angle of the chair was comfortable for me, generally was very conscious of me as a patient my comfort and any possible concerns. He resolved the issue and gave me all the information I needed. His chair side manner was above and beyond doctors in any science. The checkout staff was equally thoughtful and helpful topping off the whole experience with kindness. I can't express my thanks enough and how impressed I was by everyone from my first phone call to the Amherst office to checking out at the Orchard Park office, by everyone.

I have been going to Inspire Dental for about 2 years now. I was looking for a new dentist closer…read moreto my new home when I they were doing some promotions at the JDRF walk in downtown Buffalo. I called a few days later and was in for an appointment right away. So far, I have seen the same dental hygienist and dentist every appointment. They are both very nice and very honest and have even remembered details about me that i have shared with them, which makes going to the dentist more enjoyable. This location in particular has evening hours on Wednesday, which is important to me, because I do not have to take off of work to get to the dentist. They also have some weekend hours. The facility is newer and is very clean. All the tools they use are cleaned and then put into sealed packages and they open them up right in front of you so you know the tools they are using are hygienic. They also have appointment reminders set up, so you can have reminders sent to your e-mail or text messaged to you. I love this because it is easy to forget about when you are scheduling 6-months in advance for the general cleaning. If you are looking to get a new dentist or you haven't been to the dentist in a while and you want to get back to getting your teeth cleaned regularly, give this place a call and start taking care of your teeth! You won't regret it if you go to Inspire!
