In my view, this was a political decision on Dr Kurtz's part and was not made in good faith or with the care of his patient in mind. I am very unhappy and feel abused by this treatment.

They start by taking your vitals in a little side room, which is actually open to the public and can be seen from the waiting area, which I thought was a little weird. It's not like I was undressed or anything at that point, but just the fact that people can watch you stand on the scale and have your blood pressure taken feels like it should be more private. After that I was taken to an exam room to wait but was told they were waiting for another room to open up for the doctor to see me. I waited for about 15 minutes and then they moved me to the exam room right next door, which apparently was my "official" exam room. I then waited again, and finally the doctor came. To be fair, she apologized for making me wait and said that she was exceptionally busy that day. My overall impression of Dr. Quy is that she knows her stuff and listens well, despite being in a hurry. I had some knee pain and she did a quick physical exam and quickly came to the same conclusion as what I had suspected.
