Upon handing over my medical records, the receptionist said she was gonna need to keep them. I told her they were my only copies and asked that she make a copy of them or scan them into her system. She said, no, but I would have to give them to her or I couldn't see the doctor. She got pushy and agitated. Left the front desk with my medical records. Then she came back and said I would have to leave the office. I never got to see the doctor. There is definitely something odd going on in this office. I suspect they want to prevent their patience from getting second opinions. Perhaps they have some shady business practices. Or perhaps they are racist, as some others have suggested in these reviews. Whatever the reason is, I wouldn't trust him with my health.

I scheduled an appointment because I was very concerned about the possibility of dementia and was feeling scared and overwhelmed. From the moment Dr. Zardouz walked into the room, he made me feel heard, respected, and genuinely cared for. He took his time listening to all of my concerns without ever making me feel rushed. What impressed me most was how incredibly thorough he was. He performed a detailed neurological examination, explained everything in a way that was easy to understand, and answered every single one of my questions with patience and compassion. Instead of dismissing my concerns, he took them seriously and made sure I understood the next steps in my evaluation. Dr. Zardouz is not only exceptionally knowledgeable, but he also has an outstanding bedside manner--something that is becoming harder and harder to find. His professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail gave me confidence and peace of mind during a very stressful time.
