"A+ Quality, Friendly Staff"…read more For my next visit to Dr Bell, I decided to break my shoulder. Well, okay, not really broken-- the usual rotator cuff injury. The doctor described the tendons as "shredded." This was not exactly the adjective I was hoping for, and surgery was required. The surgery was uneventful, and took place right across the street at Hacienda Surgery Center. On my next visit to the doctor he provided color photos of my surgery. It's sort of like doing selfies, except you're unconscious. Several weeks later, I was in the capable hands of the onsite physical therapist, Mark Snyder, assisted by his capable assistant. Karen. These folks are excellent-- professional, as well as friendly. I sometimes call Mark, "Mr.Pain." It was originally, "Dr. Pain," but he reminded me he was not yet a doctor. I don't know why I came up with that nickname for Mark. During physical therapy, whilst icing my shoulder, the PT team allows me to watch the TV show, "Sherri." This is part of Mark's therapy, and provided at no extra charge. I am always pleased with the proficiency professionalism and courtesy of the great staff here. A top tier medical practice happens neither easily or quickly. Doctor Bell is a very capable surgeon. I would not go anywhere else. But please don't tell the physical therapist that I call him Mr.Pain. That nickname might be misinterpreted , and they might cut me off from the "Sherri" TV show.

DON'T waste your time waiting for authorization to go through, go to someone else as this clinic will tell you they will process the authorization and have you wait for their call. WELL, today I got a call from their office with no message left, so I returned their phone call just to find out this doctor declined the referral without reason. It sounds to me this office is not very professional and likes to waste other people's time. If you are going to declined someone, you can simply tell them over a voicemail or email. Instead you have them call you back and waste everyone's time to simply get a "No, he will not accept your referral". Life is difficult and these are the people that makes it even harder for people. Especially with people who are already injured and just seeking treatment. I will highly not recommend to anyone who is injured. Perhaps they only take on patients that have good insurance policy that will be a nice amount of money to get treated.

We drove all the way out from Tracy specifically because Tracy was booked out for over a month. When I booked this, I explicitly stated the appointment was regarding Durable Medical Equipment (DME). What makes this entirely unacceptable is that we are existing patients. The clinic already has all of my husband's insurance information on file. Despite having our records right in front of them, the staff failed to check them. Upon arrival, we were told he never should have been scheduled because this specific location doesn't take his insurance, nor do they even help with acquiring DME. Because of their lack of due diligence, we wasted three hours of our day and were left dealing with massive, unnecessary stress. To make matters worse, after making me wait 30 minutes to speak with a manager, the manager completely lacked empathy. I was in tears and pacing, shredding a piece of tissue just to keep myself from having a complete meltdown from the stress they caused. Instead of focusing on solving our actual dilemma, the manager approached me to scold me about the tissue paper. While they offered a hollow verbal apology, they made absolutely no offer to compensate us for our lost time, travel expenses, or severe distress. The absolute least management could do is exercise basic human tolerance and compassion when their own office's incompetence pushes a patient's family to their breaking point. Absolutely terrible administrative handling and zero true accountability.

His new facility is amazing -- modern, comfortable, and equipped with a giant visual screen that clearly showed exactly where my problem was. I have Kaiser for PT, but I'd rather see a real pro who genuinely cares about helping me recover, so I don't mind paying out of pocket. It's absolutely worth it. I left my appointment understanding what's going on and with practical "homework" to support my recovery. Scheduling online was quick and easy, and I was impressed by how fast I could be seen -- almost immediately. Highly recommend Dr.Rob for anyone who wants expert care and real results.

I don't do a lot of ratings for anything, but I have been meaning to speak up about the great job…read moreDr Donnelly has done for me over the past several years. I recommend him all the time and have 100% confidence in his skills as a surgeon. This was not the case for a while... let me explain. I first saw Dr Donnelly at Webster Orth in 2018 when I knew I needed to get my knee fixed. I am mid-50's and play a lot of tennis and golf. I played college football, so my body has a fair amount of wear and tear on it... including a few surgeries. I played through the pain for about a year, because I had a similar surgery via Kaiser in 2004 on the other knee, and my recovery was horrible. I had well over two years of bad swelling and draining my knee multiple times. With Dr. Donnelly everything went beautifully with my meniscus trim and bone spur clean up, and recovery was easy. I was back on the tennis court in 4-5 weeks. So I didn't hesitate to go back to Dr Donnelly in 2020 when my shoulder was acting up. Sure enough, I needed surgery to repair the labrum. All went well, but recovery time was expected to be about 4 months. At 4.5 months, doing icing religiously and PT, I was so upset for doing the surgery. I told him I didn't believe I would ever play tennis again, it still hurt so bad. I literally was waking up every night in pain still. He encouraged me to stick with PT and give it another month or so. It's now been a 1.5 years and I am stunned that I have ZERO pain or restriction in my shoulder. After about 8 months the pain went away totally, and my serve is better than ever! Thank you Dr Donnelly for the great job you do!! I will always highly recommend you to anyone I know.

I was asked to fill out a 15-20 page packet beforehand. He skimmed through it while I was there. He just looked at my hand. Didn't take any measurements. He asked a few questions and then went to the adjacent room to transcribe my report. He included measurements as if he had taken them and also included responses from the patient, myself, that I didn't say. Basically stated that my wrist and hand looks wonderful, recovering perfectly.... Then walked me back to the reception area while telling me that I more than likely have a permanent injury that I just need to learn to live with. He didn't state that in the report. Please do yourself a favor and do not go to this Dr. He works with workers comp and writes what they want him to in the report. He does not care about the patient or your recovery. I'm afraid I will lose my medical coverage through workers comp and have to return to work with a painful permanent injury. I left the office in tears. Just horrible!
