They refunded part of it, but didn't double-check their figures, which resulted in the wrong amount. They did not respond to my phone calls, did not respond to my hard-copy mail, did not respond to my mails... I didn't get a response until I mailed. *certified* letter. that was three weeks ago and still no response on the refund. My next step will be filing in small claims court.
