The whole experience was comfortable; they even give you a warm neck wrap during treatment, which sounds small, but it makes a big difference. The staff makes a point to not pressure you into purchasing anything, rather their goal is to educate you on your options so that you can make a fully informed decision on your own. I can't speak highly enough of the staff--they are so kind, responsive, informative, and empathetic. It is really crazy to say that I leave the dentist's office in a better mood! As a top 1% Invisalign provider, they can offer the most affordable options and payment plans. Of all the practices I went to, this office was the largest but able to offer me the most affordable and comprehensive Invisalign plan. It was around the same price I was quoted at other offices (in Ohio!) however this practice includes retainers and teeth sanding/ whitening (not sure what the correct term is) at the end of your treatment. If you are considering Invisalign, I highly recommend at least doing a complimentary consultation here! I was finally moved to a different room and got my teeth cleaned. I had to had ask the hygienist if I had any cavities and told that I probably didn't if the dentist didn't say anything to me which she didn't. But did try to sell me on invisiline which I declined. When I got to the receptionist I found out that I had 3 cavities. And when I asked to have the dentist explain them to me the dentist was too busy and the receptionist had to walk me through the cavities. I later came in to have the cavities filled and found out that they weren't actual cavities but staining on my old fillings which could indicate potential decay (not definite signs of cavities). Additionally when getting my cavities filled the dentist was late every time and the dental assistant would be assisting multiple clients. I'm summary the practice is incredibly unprofessional, double books patients, not transparent will billing, and their work is subpar for the costs. I recommend finding a different practice.

I went here about years ago and I really loved this office when I first came and I really loved Dr Kiyan and his staff. He was doing a deal for a full mouth reconstruction for $15,000 so I did it. I had six porcelain veneers in my front that I should not have taken out because they were much better quality. He prepped my teeth and did crown lengthening which did not make my gums even. It was an absolute waste of time. I had Crown lengthening once before by a periodontist and highly recommend going to a periodontist for this procedure. He then put 20 crowns in one day. The next day I was in severe pain and it lasted a while... The doctor told me that that was normal. Come to find out I needed numerous root canal's. So after having these new crowns put in I had to go and have root canal's drilled through the middle of the crown. I ended up getting 10root canals which was not cheap. Then I would have crowns fall out and break. I had numerous crowns fall out and break. I paid $500 to fix my last broken ground there and then when another crown broke he said that I needed to have two other teeth have new crowns because they now have decay. Which I mentioned when I first had the crowns done that they weren't fully covering the tooth that they were most likely going to have cavities. Anyway he said that I would now have to pay $1500 per crown. How does any dentist charge more to fix issues caused. Personally I shouldn't even had to of paid the $500 for the one crown that I had fixed. Since having this work done recently I had a crown fall out realizing that there was really no tooth underneath it. So he put a crown on pretty much no tooth..And another crown fell out on the opposite side with pretty much no tooth. I'm Going to have to have a full reconstruction and numerous implants. I'm not even sure how many teeth have nothing underneath the crown.. My teeth havabsolutely been ruined. In the pictures that I posted you can see the uneven gummy smile with one of my front teeth is bigger than the other.. you can see next to my bottom teeth the broken tooth that has been there for a while. He corrected the problems and every subsequent procedure has been right the first time. Most years, I needed nothing except cleanings and X-rays. So, he never pushed unnecessary, expensive dentistry. People I referred thought he did, because they hadn't been to a dentist for years. He told them what was needed and maybe overwhelmed them. As a longtime patient, I know he is not like this. He is a fantastic dentist, has much training and expertise, and multiple specialties. He never referred me to anyone else because he is an expert at just about every dental procedure.
