I wanted a second opinion on some dental procedures, and a friend recommended Dr. Do. Dr. Do is, without a doubt, the best dentist I've ever been to! He is incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and friendly, and he immediately puts you at ease. As an expert in his field, he even teaches other dentists how to perform dental implant procedures. I really appreciated that he took the time to explain everything before and throughout my treatment. Thanks to a CT scan of my jaw, he discovered a serious infection in the root of my tooth that had spread into my sinuses--something a traditional X-ray had completely missed. Along with his team, pure dental genius AND he is taking new patients at his new state of the art dental office! Your welcome!!! I met my MVP a few years ago, he was the lead dentist at his old office and he wasn't taking new patients at the time, in fact he wondered how I got an appointment. But I'm charming and they snuck me in under the radar to meet with him. It was a match! Finally! You see, my then dentist of many years retired and I was back in these streets looking for "the one". I wanted an excellent doctor who practiced dental care without the sales and gimmicks. I had a traumatic accident as a child and due to that accident I needed extensive dental work and periodically that work needs to be maintained. I'm not sure what you're looking for in a dentist but for me it is ethics, integrity, bedside manner, honesty, a little bit of genius and artistry. I also need to build a connection. A smile is the gateway to the soul. I got all that and then some from Dr Davis. I trust Dr. Davis. The new office is wow! Dr. Davis held no punches and went full state of the art. I've been going to Dr. Davis and Danna when they worked at Dental Express and am happy Dr. Davis opened his own practice! It is quite farther from me and my family as we live in Chula Vista however, the drive is worth it knowing we have a doctor who truly cares about his patients. Dr. Davis truly takes his time to explain the process of every visit. He's very knowledgeable and reassures you-should you have additional questions, he is always happy to talk about it. You can tell the care and passion he has for this field of work, his office, his patients, and his team. My son (5) had a lip tie and we've gone back and forth on getting it removed. As a parent any procedure at any age is nerve-wracking but Dr. Davis, Cathy, and Danna did a wonderful job at making all of us comfortable with the procedure. Decided to stop by this dental office after hearing about their grand opening. The staff were friendly and welcoming during the grand opening. During the event, I was able to meet Dr. Davis and he was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. A few days after, I decided to come in for an exam and cleaning. The cleaning was different from any cleanings as I had in the past. The office uses the air flow which helped with the sensitivity that I had experienced in the past from previous cleanings. A due indicator was placed initially and after they educated me on my oral hygiene prior to the cleaning. After the cleaning, my mouth felt great. Overall a great experience. read more

Located in a nice complex with other great local businesses, parking was spacious and plentiful. Walked inside to a friendly greeting and nice decor and comfy seats. I came in because I had previously had implants and bridges from another place but started to have issues with them. Brand new dental office with state of the art technology in Poway. The dental hygienist was great and efficient, and Dr. Davis Do was able to answer all of my questions that I had about my appointment/cleaning including my curiosity about the solea sleep laser (and I had a lot of questions!) He was very patient with me and I'm looking forward to coming back to my next appt! I recently stumbled upon this office and boy were they a lifesaver. I knew something was off when I kept getting food stuck between my teeth. Came here for teeth cleaning and check up. To my surprise they took care of everything on the spot. Got my teeth cleaning by Danna and man she was really thorough. I can feel all the gaps between my teeth I didn't know was there. The office was super clean and tidy and most of important of all organized! Staff was really helpful and nice. One interesting point in this office was all the cool little gadgets they have. From their x-ray and teeth scanning machines i haven't seen anything so high tech at a dental lab. As for Dr. Do nicest down to earth guy you can meet. After the cleaning and scanning he checked me out and said all I had was a missing filling. He patched me up on the spot! I was surprised I thought i had to come back again with another appointment. He certainly does what he his last name implies DO! He also recommended this new laser treatment for my snoring. Its true I do snore and the only one that complains is my wife, but not anymore. He recommended that with a painless laser treatment I can rid myself of the snoring. I believe it's called Solea Sleep. Painless laser treatment and no more nagging from wife about me snoring. I'm In! Got the first treatment in and so far no peep from the wifey yet. Great call Dr. Do I'll be telling my friends about this one. Drove from Orange County to see Dr. Davis Do just as many others have throughout Southern California. I had heard all the rave reviews and wow, he exceeded my expectations. I generally am very sensitive when it comes to seeing the dentist and this was hands down the best dental experience I have had. Needless to say, I will only be seeing Dr. Do and bringing my entire family to see him. He has an amazing and professional staff who will really take care of you. I have braces and cleanings are usually uncomfortable, but I had a great cleaning experience with their Airflow machine. My teeth felt really clean without all the poking. Dropped off some clothes for the dry cleaners and noticed Dental Sense a couple of establishments down. I am glad I dropped by. I was overdue for an exam, X-rays, and cleaning and wanted to inquire about their services. Catherine greeted me and was friendly, helpful, and patient (especially since I wasn't too familiar with my own dental insurance plan which was new). Instead of just inquiring, I decided to move forward with the X-rays, exam, and dental cleaning then and there! And I'm glad I did. Dr. Davis Do and his dental hygienist, Danna, were competent, friendly, and took time to explain the current health of my teeth and what I could do to improve my overall oral health. The advance technology they use to provide their services made the experience a very smooth process and an overall great experience. Dr. Davis and his team may be new to the area but they are definitely not new to dentistry and being skilled at what they do. I've moved to many places during my adult life and have had to find new dentists in each city I've lived in. The Dental Sense team is in my top two of all the dentists I have seen through the years.
