Called on a Monday morning and the owner, Lee Lopez, performed an onsite estimate within two hours. His estimated price was fair and transparent for the entire job. On our scheduled work day, the crew arrived on time ready to work. They were very polite and worked with incredible precision and efficiency, safely taking down the massive tree piece by piece without any damage. By noon, the entire tree was gone, the stump was completely ground below grade, and they had blown and raked our entire yard and roof completely spotless. We were pleased with the work and negotiated to have three smaller trees removed and a couple of stumps ground below the dirt the same afternoon. Honest communication, fast turnaround, and immaculate cleanup. I cannot recommend Lopez Landscaping enough!

My wife and I had a pretty big project that we wanted to have done: The front and back yards. We had a specific vision of it and when we presented it to Cassandra and William at Elite Lawn on a literal piece of paper with a drawing my wife came up with, they stayed true to our original plan almost exactly! From the demo to the landscaping, the entire process felt smooth and stress free. Our questions and concerns were all answered promptly and respectfully. Everyone was professional, kind and hardworking. At the end of the project, one of workers asked my wife what she thought of the work and she could see the literal pride in his eyes of the work he did. THOSE are the kind of people you want working on your home and that's who you'll find at this company. Cassandra went above and beyond to give us the best prices she could and we are grateful for her kindness and exceptional service. We could not be happier with Elite Lawn Design and would highly and happily recommend them to anyone with landscaping needs.

I can't say enough good things about JGS Landscaping. If I had to sum it up in two words it would…read morebe "TRUE PROFESSIONALS"... in every sense of the word. Over the course of the last 4 years we have had every so called, self titled, and advertised as "professional" sprinkler repair and landscaper in the area and out of the area come through here for repairs and/or maintenance services. Promises were made, THOUSANDS of dollars were paid to them and the problems were either not fixed at all, or so poorly done that they returned in a very short period of time and on more than just a few occasions, worsened. We had come to the conclusion that since there aren't as nearly as many companies to choose from out here versus a major metropolitan area like L.A. that none of these companies really cared about the quality of their work. After all, we needed them more than they needed us , right? When the latest fiasco occurred we cringed and prepared for a repeat performance. We started going through the listings trying to find someone we hadn't already been screwed by...it was a VERY short list. After getting voicemail at the 2 or 3 companies that advertised Emergency Repairs, I was shocked when a live person answered my call. I still was so jaded that I gave the nice, very confident gentleman on the the other end of the line the serious third degree. In spite of my attitude, he assured me that if he came out he would take as much time as necessary to identify the problem and repair it properly. Still skeptical, I agreed to an appointment the following morning since it was already evening hours at that point. He said he would come by later that evening if he could but I didn't put much stock in it. To my surprise he called from the front gate about an hour later. He introduced himself as Juan and got right to work. He then did exactly what he said he was going to do - find it and fix it THE RIGHT WAY! We have since hired JGS to fix the entire irrigation system, put in a new lawn, and manicure the overgrown, unkempt mess of a backyard that our current landscapers were supposed to be maintaining. In closing, I will tell you very confidently that you WILL NOT FIND A HARDER WORKING, MORE PRIDE FILLED COMPANY... period!!! Thank you Juan, Javier and everyone else on your crew for proving that someone does still care

There are plenty of reasons to AVOID this company, and I'll just cite a few…read more No integrity in their work: This company will cut corners, damage your property, and avoid replacing what they've broken. They say they will *fix* things but won't bother to show up. Low quality items: Not even a month after my aritificial turf was installed, portions of it started to dry out and lift up. I'll include a picture of their turf supplier so that anyone can see their suppliers' reviews as well. Sketchy business practices: There is no paper trail when giving payments. Thomas only wants cash or zelle and will not provide a schedule of payment dates. Instead, he'll text you the day before and say, "I need payment of $$$$ for supplies." The zelle linked to this company is neither of Thomas, his brother, or the company's. As stated before, there is no paper trail. Last one, after deciding halfway through the job that I wanted to go with an upgrade that we had previously discussed, I wanted to make sure we were on the same page on price.
