They have taken the time to understand the nuances of our specific situation and we have formed a positive relationship. We view T&V as a partner and we are confident in the advice they give us. Here I am! Everyone happy?) 7) Then I told them I had a new accountant, and they sent me an offboarding checklist that literally includes the line: "Future Support: Take Note of Whom to Contact If Assistance is Needed: [CRS Accountant Name] [Insert Email Address Here]." In other words, I have no idea to to contact or how to reach them. ...This is completely in line with the communication I received throughout my time there, and a perfect capstone to my experience. I think they are probably competent at being accountants, but they fall short as genuine, communicative, actual human beings. Unfortunately. I am much happier with my new accountant. I do not recommend Tehrani and Velez.

One of the reasons for why we had switched from our previous accountant was the lack of communication. We also liked the fact that his father had been running the firm for a very long time and was knowledgeable in other areas we had questions about that Mike did not specialize in yet. We also appreciated that both answered our inquiries without nickle-and-diming everything, often at no charge for relatively small questions. During the years we have been with Weisz, our returns had been quickly prepared, and Mike always took the time to listen to our questions while we discussed topics like planning for subsequent years to maximize our taxable income, and -- on a personal level -- how both of our families were doing. My brother's family joined in the tax preparation a year later, and he has been with Mike ever since too. We have no regrets being with Mike.
