This place is truly a gem. It's hands down the best Ramen I've ever had in the entire world! Not only that the service is amazing. They treat you so kindly and take such great care of you. You can tell they truly love what they do! They take the time to listen to you and serve you with honor and love! Everything off the menu is pristine and tastes amazing! I highly recommend if you're in Los Angeles no matter where you are that you take a trip to this place and eat here and order from them every day if you can, it is truly an honor to eat here! I don't have a lot of pictures from eating the restaurant but every time I'm in LA I always go to the restaurant this time I didn't have time to, but I ordered from them and they gave some free gifts. The second order they are so kind!

First of all, know it's inside a mall on the third floor. The escalator was broken but go up there anyway. It's worth it. I will start by saying this was 5 stars for the service alone. The woman and the man who helped were so lovely and so excited that I found this place. It is 100% gluten free and like a dream. I got the omakase set for $39 and added the veggie tempura for $12 more. You can also choose to do a sake flight. I didn't. I ate a whole plate of veggie tempura. I ate yellowtail hamachi. I ate ramen. I will say the ramen was a little disappointing but not enough to take away a star. The lobster was fresh but a little bland. The taste was overpowered by the fried onions/garlic. But they had real tempura dipping sauce. I loved the whole experience and I will be back.

This spot is in some Gluten free, Vegan map. So kudos for those who are on this diet. Americanized fusion sushi You wont find Japanese eating here...nor asians. Everyone dining the night I went were not. Empty on a friday night. Also the food takes a very long time and we had to ask them to put a rush on it bc we waited at least half hr for the sashimi and I really didnt understand why when there were only 3 parties and our food went in as the 2nd party.... No photos on menu so ordered 3 plates of food to find they were tiny and bill at about a bill, i left hungry. Haha. I wouldnt come again since I like more traditional japanese food.

Parking is validated for 2 hours, and your ticket can get 2 validations max. We spent time and got something at Daiso as well which provided another hour of parking. The service was so nice here. We came here early and they were the perfect balance of checking in on us but not being overly attached. The happy hour did change which isn't reflected on the website - up to 5pm now. The food was mediocre though. It seems like it's catered towards vegan, gluten free cuisine which shouldn't be a problem with sushi. Crispy rice sampler: standard but the top could have used more flavor and the rice a little less in size. Citrus salmon roll: my wife enjoyed this a lot but I thought it was just okay. Yellowtail collar: I liked this the most. Good portion size with shio Koji on top giving it flavor. I'd get this again if I came back, thought it might have been slightly overcooked. They did end with some cookies and tea which was a nice touch. All the desserts are vegan so I wonder if the cookies are too.

I had an amazing meal here with a friend last night! I was seamlessly able to add myself to the waitlist using Yelp and when we arrived, there was a table waiting for us! The service was so friendly and I love how they asked multiple times if we had food allergies, so it seems like something they take very seriously! When telling them I was vegan, they indicated that there was a large selection of vegan items, which is actually the reason we came to check it out! They also checked on us multiple times throughout, ensuring we were satisfied and refilling our water. I had been to their location in Manhattan Beach years ago, as well as Shojin, prior to the latter closing. The space felt very similar but they put their own touch on it! The decor was very elegant and felt authentically Japanese. I personally loved the sake collection on the wall. The seats were very comfortable and despite being in a busy shopping center, I felt transported to a different space. The food itself was very delicious! My friend and I shared the buffalo cauliflower and I got the vegan crab hand roll. I love how it was so flavorful and perfectly spiced. My favorite was the buffalo cauliflower with the cooling creamy mayo that came with it! I've never had crab, but it did taste realistic to the non vegan counterpart. The sushi looked so delicious too, I'm a bit regretful I didn't order it! They were so sweet in giving us some complimentary tea and cookies to end the meal! They have some prefix menus that looked enticing and I am appreciative that there's a vegan option for each one. It definitely gives me a reason to return! Parking is super easy in the mall's lot and when we arrived on a Saturday night, there were ample spots available. They validate for two hours which not only gives you enough time to enjoy your meal, but also explore some of the other stores in the mall!

We visited during Dine LA and were very happy with our dining experience. We selected the dinner menu that came with a sake pairing with each course. It was a great decision! The menu even had vegan options so that worked out perfectly for me. Everything from the starters to the dessert was freshly prepared and tasted amazing!

A very nice sit down restaurant with great service. I came in with a friend and we ordered off the $10 anniversary menu. We got the fried tofu, sushi tacos and fried calamari. All really tasty. The server was very attentive, often refilling our water. At the end we received a cup of fragrant chamomile tea which left a nice impression on us. Would come back and try different plates. Great place for a casual but nice meal.

Excellent cuisine. I had the ramen lunch special with two different types of sushi rolls. Delicious!

I went spontaneously after looking at reviews and was not disappointed. The service was impeccable. Super kind workers. The food came out quick on a weekend with about 3 tables in attendance. It was super clean and aesthetic for a little place in the mall.

Citrus Salmon Roll & Double Dragon Roll

We visited this cute little place on the last day of Dine LA, and took advantage of a great dinner deal. $25 that included an appetizer, a small bite and a roll. For the appetizers we got the chilled cucumber and the lotus root. Both were light but flavorful. For small bite they offered spicy tuna and spicy salmon crispy rice, and we tried both. They were the perfect size, not too big, but enough to give you a taste. For the rolls, we got the double dragon roll and the citrus salmon roll. The rolls were really good, and very filling. And the fish was fresh too. I love that they didn't try to skimp because it was a special discounted menu. Overall, food was 4.5/5 and service was 5/5. The owner/manager was so friendly and welcoming and our server was very sweet too.

I went here with my friend who has celiac and we had the best time. It's rare to find gluten free places that include fried foods so she was so happy that she could eat whatever she wanted on the menu! I got the double dragon roll and it was phenomenal. It had good flavor, the toro was delicious, and the crunch was spectacular. The roll tasted fresh and healthy (even if it wasn't lol). The service was top tier, our waitress was so kind and friendly. The ambience was lovely, although the windows just point to the inside of a strip mall that isn't so aesthetic haha. The actual restaurant is very cute. We also got hot tea at the end and left satisfied:)

Rice is a delicious addition to the Little Tokyo food scene and I'm SO excited to come back and bring some friends :D This eatery rests on the third floor of the Little Tokyo Galleria. It's not very big so it's a good option for intimate groups or for a date night. The restaurant is really pretty with modest decor, and the food is just outstanding. Before I get to the food, here are other things that made for a great dining experience here: Service -- the waiters here are SO NICE! And they're very attentive. I really appreciate that my glass of water was never less than half full. VALIDATED PARKING! in DTLA. Need I say more?! I ordered several items and everything was just amazing. My absolute favorite, though, was the: Dynamite lobster roll -- 10/10. I love when rolls have some sort of warmth and the crunchy lobster atop this roll was creamy and rich. They didn't even skimp out on the portion, either, so that was much appreciated! It came with a good amount of saffron on top, which added to the presentation and taste :) Rising roll -- 10/10. Another crowd-pleaser. The spicy tuna had a kick of heat, which is what I really like. Plus, I love how fresh the tuna tasted and that it came with a generous amount of green onions.

The best gf vegan cheesecake ever

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! This restaurant is truly a dream come true for anyone who needs a dedicated gluten-free space and still wants to enjoy the artistry of sushi. Not only is everything completely safe for celiac dining, but they also offer a wonderful range of vegan options that are just as creative, fresh, and satisfying as the rest of the menu. From the moment we walked in, we felt cared for. Our server, Ayano, was warm, attentive, and kind--she anticipated what we needed before we even asked and made us feel like honored guests. She explained the dishes beautifully and made sure we felt both safe and excited about our meal. And then there's Hiro, the owner, whose presence makes this place truly special. He is always so welcoming and genuine, greeting guests with the kind of hospitality that makes you feel like family. You can tell how much heart he has poured into creating not just a restaurant, but a community space where people with dietary needs can eat without fear and with full joy. The food itself? Exceptional. Every bite is delicate, flavorful, and beautifully plated--sushi that balances tradition with innovation, all in a setting that feels calm and inviting. Knowing it's 100% gluten free takes the experience from great to unforgettable. The vegan cheesecake was INCREDIBLE

The menu changes enough to keep every visit interesting, especially the changing oyster selection. This time we had the Lil Namskaket oysters, which were clean, briny, and slightly sweet. Since we shared just about everything in our group of 4 this time, I got to try a wide variety of dishes. The Jonah crab cocktail was a highlight and ended up being my favorite shared plate. The tuna aguachile was bright and refreshing, the Sicilian crudo let the quality of the fish shine, the smoked trout dip (a repeat because it's so good) was creamy and smoky and was paired with crackers, and the scallop tostada was fresh and beautifully balanced. The two dishes that keep bringing me back, though, are the chowdaaa and the lobster bisque roll. As someone who grew up in New England, I'm pretty picky about my lobster rolls, and this one absolutely holds its own here on the West Coast. The clam chowder is another must-order. I don't care if it's the middle of summer during a heatwave--if it's delicious, it's delicious. The fried cod sandwich was satisfying and straightforward, and even the frites were addictive enough that I kept reaching for more. We skipped dessert this time because we were stuffed, but I've had the key-lime pie before and highly recommend saving room for it if you can do it. What I appreciate most about Found Oyster is its consistency. Every single time, the food has been outstanding, the service has always been friendly, and it's a place I genuinely look forward to returning to. If you're a seafood fan, this one absolutely deserves a visit. Street parking can be tough so plan accordingly. They do walk-ins but I'd recommend making a reservation, especially if more than 2 of you are going. Inside seating and bar seating are available but for larger groups, they'll seat you out on the patio.

The razor clam had a rly good sauce base but it was a lil bit sandy and not as tender as I hoped but still good. We also got the crudo, 2 oysters, 2 prawns, and 2 mussels. They were pretty good, but nothing crazy & lowk expensive. I was celebrating an anniversary with my boyfriend so we were fine w paying but just know that it's a bit pricy for the portions. For the both of us, it was almost $200

I had to run over asap and luckily it was still going on! we arrived close to opening time ~11:50am and since theres a parking lot w valet only ($3), we didn't have to worry about parking. im sure you can find street parking around but there was nothing in the immediate area and we were too hungry to search the ladies working there are sooo cute and kind! they checked to make sure we were enjoying the food and let us know how to eat a certain dish when we said it was our first time. it wasn't too crowded when we got there, but more people started trickling in as we ate/ left. we chose combo A from the special which includes korean crab, spicy crab, sea urchin (m), and soft tofu stew. this was definitely enough for 2 of us but they even gave us another sea urchin bowl on the house (too sweet)! everything tasted sooo fresh and although we first were hesitant about eating raw crab, once we took our first bite, we knew we could trust this spot!! the marinades they used were so flavorful (the spicy is really spicy!!) and I lovedddd how buttery and rich the uni was! the soft tofu stew was so good and comforting - we had to take it to go though bc we were so full after eating everything else. and the sides!! omg super delicious and well prepared. idk what they put in the japchae but it was delicious and unlike any other I've had before! highly recommend this place and I cannot wait to go back!!

If you're driving, Crab House also has a public parking lot that is a gem in this Koreatown area where you don't have to pay or valet. Crab House specializes in Korean seafood, especially raw crab. We felt welcomed as we came in, even with the language barrier, you can tell the ladies were friendly. It was an intimate restaurant but it has dividers up so you feel a sense of privacy even when there are others nearby. The tables all had gloves, for handling the seafood. Even before reviewing the menu, I knew we had to get their raw marinated crab, since it's what they're known for. We decided to share their #9 Combo ($39.99) which comes with 2 USA Crabs and an extra small Sea Urchin rice and a Korean Potato Pancake ($8.99). Meal comes with complimentary side dishes and iced tea. Wow what a glorious spread. This was my niece's first time having raw marinated crab and she really enjoyed it. The fresh seaweed, imitation crab, and fish eggs it was served with was good too The sea urchin rice had uni, rice, quail egg, and fish eggs. Not that fresh or essential but interesting to try. The marinated raw crab was definitely the star. The Korean potato pancake was a decent addition. We both liked the crispy edge pieces but didn't like the soft soggy spots as much. Eat while fresh for maximum crispiness. We both enjoyed our meal and it was a very unique experience. We will definitely be back for more marinated raw crab and to try more of their menu.

Accompaniments like potatoes were OK, but could have more mushroom. Shell pasta - the pasta was homemade cause it tasted so light. I think the sauce was a little too light for me as well, but overall still a solid dish. Cioppino - Also a little lighter in flavor and I think just smaller in size in comparison to price. Seafood is fresh though, and that's clear in every dish here. Lonely Louie - the star of the night. I loved how fresh and bright this was.
