This is fact, as I've never met someone who hasn't fell in love with at least one of their dishes whether its the sushi, ramen, one of their Blvd Bowls, or something else! The dining in area is limited but comfortable. Ordering to-go, you'll get the same fresh quality of food and the service is always friendly and process overall is quick and easy. For the summer, definitely try out their sushi or Blvd Bowls, but their ramen on a nice cold day/night (esp. in the winter) is my absolute favorite. I was a bit skeptical by the name... but I am glad I tried Rice Blvd on Door dash. It was soo good, I had it 2 days in a row. The exact same order. The Blossom roll was perfect. Tasted super fresh despite delivery service. I ordered the panko chicken curry as well. The first time, I ordered Med spicy, then the second time was extra spicy and it was perfect. I broke a sweat. The panko chicken was crunchy and crispy. I ordered the brown rice w it which I only took a few bites of trying to eat it low carb, but the brown rice was good too. There is plenty of parking in the back and you have to walk around to the front for the entrance. Owner looked Japanese and they look like they know what they're doing. I was excited to discover a new ramen place and one open on Monday. I had a hospital lab in Toledo and craved ramen after. I discovered Rice Blvd right in front of the University of Toledo campus and ordered mild pork tonkatsu ramen. Customers order at the counter, pay, then a server brings your meal. At 2 in the afternoon, the place was jumping with students, professors, and new customers like me. Everything was handmade by one chef and took about 15 minutes but was well worth it: delicious ramen noodles, a jammy egg, delicious broth, pork belly, and black mushrooms in a large bowl. The server was friendly and efficient and the chef outstanding. The menu is good sized and includes sushi and rice dishes. Ramen can be ordered according to your spice level. My bowl was $13.45, very reasonable. The seating area is kept clean and neat. The women's restroom was clean and the restaurant is handicapped accessible. Got the beef with curry and rice. Small and simple and worth the money. Sauce was nice and not overly salty. Beef was tender and thinly sliced and mixed perfectly with rice. Had the spicy ramen and it was delicious. Broth was creamy, not so spicy but it's ok. The noodle was perfect, chewy, and not soggy. The charsui pork was tender, the bamboo shoots was a great touch. Would have liked chinese broccoli instead of the bok choy, but that was OK. Best ramen I have had in a long time. Also, had the chirashi bowl. The fish was fresh, it wasn't cold, the fish was room temperature so the texture was wonderful, tender and not soft like the fish was left out for a long time or fish was old. The rice was warm and not too much where it takes away from the flavor of the fish. Would definitely recommend and next time when I get back to Toledo, I know where I am going. The chirashi also came with a miso soup. I cannot really comment on the soup as when I got to the soup it was already getting room temperature, but I'm sure it would have been great like the rest of the dishes. For a little hidden restaurant tucked away on a college campus, this is more than decent. Plenty of free parking since there's several restaurants in the same area. They were perfectly crispy with such a smooth inside with tons of veggies- ended up letting some of them soak in my broth, and it was delicious! Took this cute photo, as I was about to leave, feel as though the small heart shaped green onion explained how I left feeling, not to mention the crew were so pleasant, knowledgeable of the menu and patient for the ones who were unsure of the menu items. Ok so where do I even start with this place. I'm not sure how I found it if I'm being entirely honest(maybe on yelp) but I think I might have found my go-to Asian restaurant and I honestly hope you experience it too. First of all there is nothing I do not love about this restaurant, like the customer experience is phenomenal so now that we have established the fact that there are no cons, can I interest you with the amazing pros: The moment you walk in, you notice the hippie style setting. It's in a college environment so it makes sense. You can find a couple there on a date, a group of friends grabbing a meal or a random college student struggling to finish up an assignment and trying not to die of hunger. It's quite busy during lunch time but quiets down afterwards. There's an amazing jazz/classical version of modern rnb or pop music that plays in the background and it just makes you want to stay there forever. Now for the part you probably care about... THE FOOD!! I haven't been to a place with such variety in the menu in a while... I love to see it ;) There are a ton of choices for sushi(there's a whole bar dedicated to it) and a lot of food choices as well. The first time I went, I ordered the spicy crunchy crab ($9.95) which was super delicious and the Bento Box. THE BENTO BOX ($11)!!! I had initially seen a yelper's review and they recommended getting the bento box. I can say I was not at all disappointed. I ordered the super spicy chicken box (FYI it's really spicy) and it was the most beautiful thing ever. It includes portioned sizes of rice(white/brown), chicken sauce, sushi, veggies, small chops. Everything on that platter was super delicious!! I went a second time and tried the new appetizer (the chicken wings). Now these are made fresh and you have 3 sauces to choose from; garlic mayo, bbq and tangy mustard (I got all 3) ;). I will definitely 100/10 recommend this place as the go-to spot for anyone looking for Asian food in Toledo. read more

Decided to check out this place after a recommendation from a friend. Located in a strip mall, it is conveniently located close to the University. Parking wasn't an issue as they have a customer parking lot behind the mall. We ordered the tofu bowl and tofu yakisoba. The tofu bowl was not what i expected. The tofu itself was bland and flavorless, along with steamed veggies without any seasoning and rice. The overall bowl lacked any flavor. The Yakisoba was much better with you choosing your spice levels. The noodles and veggies came together really well. Overall they do have some vegetarian offerings but it is limited. I was informed while I was there that none of the ramen including the miso is vegetarian which is disappointing. Not sure if I will come back, unless they decide to offer additional vegetarian friendly options. They do have sushi which I didn't try as I'm not a fan of the texture but they do have a few vegetarian sushi options from what I could tell (avocado roll, cucumber roll, and vegetable roll) read more

The cashier was very thorough with my order and re-read the order back as well as asking many questions to ensure my order was to my liking. I came here with some friends curious to know what this place was about. Even though the place is small, the food was totally worth the space.
