And to the cashier's credit, when I ordered he said, "you said you want the snapper?" So, I am excited for my next visit to see what the other fried fish tastes like. Really disappointing experience overall after taking 2 hours to receive and eat 2 dozen over cooked oysters and a kids meal especially considering how slow the restaurant was and only seeing our waitress twice.

But the showstopper was the Fish Chalmette with speckled trout. Phenomenal dish. Perfectly prepared fish with an incredible crawfish cream sauce that made every bite better than the last.
