I followed the instructions on Jersey Mike's website, which say to call the store where the order was placed to cancel a mobile order. I started calling right away, but after four attempts, someone finally answered four minutes later and told me it couldn't be canceled because it had already been made--even though the estimated pickup time was still 11 minutes away. I accepted that I made the initial mistake, but I expected better customer service. I contacted corporate, only to receive an email saying my feedback had been forwarded to the store manager. I never received a follow-up, an apology, reward points, a credit, or any effort to make things right. At the end of the day, this isn't about a $34 order. It's about how a company treats a loyal customer who made an honest mistake and followed the company's own cancellation instructions immediately. Customer service is defined by how problems are handled, and unfortunately this experience was anything but "A Sub Above." As much as I've enjoyed Jersey Mike's over the years, this experience has convinced me not to return. I'll also be sharing my experience with others because I believe people should know what to expect if something goes wrong.

All of the food was excellent and the pancake was to die for, every bit was a pleasure. I loved this place, it was everything I want in a great breakfast and I will defiantly be back.
