Went here for lunch and had an awesome experience. The food was so good. I had the chicken, pork, and shrimp taco with a side of rice and beans, and chips and salsa. The salsa was mild and really tasty. Lots of cilantro which I love. I think it was the owner behind the kitchen/register. But he greeted me at the door and was kind and helpful. Easy to order off of this app. Seems like every time I come here I question why I come back. Customer service is lacking... I dont like waiting and being questioned about where my receipt for my chips and salsa are after I just paid the other employee. Get your communication right. The Steak burrito is ok. Feels full of rice and other filler instead of meat and very bland. Tasting. Salsas have not much flavor or heat. The Orchata was not good either. The drink machine looked like it wasnt mixing up at all. Had to ask for a straw also because they were out at the drink station. Dude... hand me a straw and let me get outta there. Are our experience sucked we ordered from DoorDash and our order was completely wrong. My order was completely wrong. I asked for beans on the side, but it came in the burrito and everything was cold even though they are right around the corner. I also found a piece of a napkin in my burrito. My mom's burrito came with rice and beans when she asked for rice and beans on the side ended up throwing our meals away because of how disgusting we were! read more

The Asada tacos are great comes with onions and cilantro as normal. If you dine in they give you the bottles of red and green sauce. If you take out, they give you to go portions they add in lime too... ask for more if you need it. Guys at the counter are awesome and double check to ensure you ordered correct so remaking food is decreased. Great flavors and many drink options to choose from. Great prices especially Taco Tuesday where it's buy 3 and get one free (pastor not included). They have plenty of seating to dine in which is my preference! Stop in they are great! read more

One I called nonstop and they answered then put me on hold for 5* mins and they weren't talking to customers they were talking to each other about their bills. Two I ordered 2 burritos and only got one of them. 3 the door was locked when we got there and they had turned off the phones right after putting us on hold for nothing. Great Breakfast burrito! The rice could be more flavorful, but it was still yummy. I've had much better at La Bambas in Mountain View , CA, but it's good to have a decent burrito in Post Falls. Can't wait to come back for tacos. They don't answer the phone, which is too bad. We were in a rush and wanted to save time by ordering over phone. Man, some Yelpers are terminally unsatisfied, huh? Ricardo's was excellent in many ways, with the food being on top of the list. The flavors of everything we had were vibrant and muy sabrosa. No necessito even needing to reach for the complimentary salsa bottles on our table to enhance. Rice and beans were delicious and fresh. The place was clean, and the staff were all friendly and helpful. Prices were great, and my pics will show you how robust the portions were. Complimentary chips were from a bag, but most gringo Mex joints in this area are. They are quasi-QSR, with up-front ordering and plates delivered to your table. Pretty good. Tried the pastor tacos, awesome. Chicken tacos also real good. Chicken enchiladas I give a C+. Rice and beans pretty good. Beans are not just refined Pinto. These guys serve, to me, a black bean with Pinto combo, maybe even lard added. It's thick AF, the kind that sticks to your ribs. Pretty good just real thick to me. Sauces good too. I always get just meat, cheese, and bread everywhere I go and this place is able to make it really good without the sauce and veggies. Their tacos you get at lunch time are about 3.5 stars, tacos are about 4.5 but their breakfast is a solid 5. Best breakfast place in the area hands down. A cool thing about the tacos are that if you order two tacos, you really get 4 because they double wrap the tacos with two soft shells and they add a lot of meat and cheese so you can pick it apart. Only bad thing is that they don't always honor their posted business hours or they're inaccurate online. Not really sure. Make sure to call before you go. read more

I've picked up takeout from here a couple times. No menu online other than some dated photos of the menu board and they don't have paper menus so it can be challenging. Placing an order over the phone is entirely another challenge (put on hold twice while there is no hold function so you think you are being spoken to when you are just on hold eavesdropping). Then counter person tries to rush you through your order. Tonite I reached my breaking point. Counter person did not know what my order included though I told her. She proceeded to start taking items out of the bags. She placed my partially wrapped burrito (I guess they can't afford another piece of foil to fully wrap my 12.00 pork burrito) directly on their counter, burrito making contact with the pick up counter. When I brought it up she said she wipes the counter. No apolopgy, no offer to remake the burrito and I wasclearly agitated. Along with that they charge a 4% card surcharge! Overall, CLUELESS OPERATION WITH POOR PRACTICES AND EVEN POORER TRAINING. Regrettably, I'm running out of food options in the area and especially Mexican cuisine. L read more

As a FedEx driver this is my go to stop for a break. I always recommend it to new trainees and they always love the fresh taste.

Burritos were huge so for the price it wasn't bad in that regard. The burrito which was recommended by staff was alright. Rice was a little crunchy and the contents of the rest of the burrito were heavily salted. The group I went with got tacos and said they were great. If and when I go back I'd get tacos. read more

OMG! When I say this is the best place to get tacos, I am not exaggerating. I am spoiled brat when it comes to Mexican food and this place hits the spot. We got steak, chicken, pork and shrimp tacos and if I wasn't 7.5 months pregnant, I would place another order because you just can't stop eating. The meat is season to perfection and is juicy. Shrimps are perfectly cooked to order. And let me tel you about salsa. I can drink it. It has heat but it is so flavorful and amazing. We are coming back 100% and trying EVERYTHING on the menu. Food here is cheap, fast, and comes in huge portions. Pork burrito was alright. Mostly rice, beans with a little meat and cheese, even less lettuce and sour cream. I didn't finish it, first because it probably weighed 2 pounds but it just wasn't that good. For being recently remodeled the restaurant wasn't particularly clean. Won't be returning. read more

After 5 long years of waiting and searching, I have found a place that if Ricardo were to expand into Coeur d'Alene, he could close the doors to the business that touts San Diego's best burritos. Firstly, I'm from San Diego, and I beg to differ. On the other hand, this review is about Ricardo, and the menu is to die for! Just when we're leaving town, we find our new Taco shop favorite... It's as about as close as you are going to get for Street Tacos in Idaho. Being from SoCal, SoCal sets the bar very high for Mexican food... especially Street Tacos, which are basic fare. They put coleslaw in your burrito so when you read the sign with coleslaw you don't realize the coleslaw is going in the burrito that's gross I did not enjoy it.
