My boyfriend was home while I was at work during this. When I came home and saw this hideous job he immediately contacted them to correct. After probably ten unsuccessful phone calls, someone finally comes to the house to review it. The employee (Ralph or Wes, not certain which after getting a different name with every call!) agrees it was in the work order for that to be covered up, but he's going on vacation so he will have somebody else follow up with us or he will follow up with us upon his return in a week. Still waiting! Multiple calls placed for past week, not even one returned call! Unacceptable that we are chasing what should be a reputable company down to complete what should have been done a month ago! Would not recommend and not done sharing this experience!

I still remain adamant that anyone who goes with this business will most likely have issues.
