They finished the job in a few hours, and Dean asked if I had any issues with it, and I mentioned that it did no look great and I would appreciate it if they came back and made it look better. He came out himself about a week later and fixed it so it looked literally as good as new, and made sure I was satisfied before he left. I would 100% recommend to friends and family. Things not going perfectly is common for contractors. Fixing things when they DO go wrong is a lot more uncommon. 5 stars, and Dean is a stand up guy.

Do not use T@N Contracting & Snow Removal. They recently installed a fence at my next door…read moreneighbor. workers were on my side of the fence to which I never complained. While doing yard work I noticed my basement window had been damaged. You can see it was new clean break. Called T @ N. Owner Tim promptly called me back. Explained what I saw. He then asked me if I proof. I wasn't out there watching the employees work but obviously I should have been. Anyone with common courtesy and respect would have come & told me what happened. Owner Tim said he would NOT file an insurance claim without proof. Pretty shady and deceptive. I reminded him that his staff was on MY property installing the fence. Blasting their radio all day long & I never complained. He then said he would not continue our conversation on the "Lord's Day" since I was hostile. To which I replied that's not very Christian like. Really? You're going to use that Christian garbage & then refuse to repair my damaged property. Owner Tim then started talking over me, said have a blessed day & hung up. Would never ever recommend this company to anybody. Deceitful & deceptive. No accountability for his employees carelessness. Oh by the way Tim - Jesus would never treat a person the way you treated me today.

If I could give this company less than one star I would. At first I had a great experience. They…read moreanswered my call right away and sent the owner out to give me a quote. We called that day and agreed to the quote and they told us they would do the work by the end of the week. No one ever followed up with us that week. I tried to contact them for another week to no avail. Finally, after leaving repeated messages I received a call back and they scheduled an appointment to do the work for our fence. We followed up the day before making sure our appointment was still on. My husband took off of work so he could meet them and they never showed up. After repeated calls he finally reached someone in the office who apologized and said the crew took the wrong paper work in the morning and they would have someone at our house the next morning. I followed up with her that afternoon to make sure they at least had the permit (which the owner said they would take care of) and they did not. I emailed my survey and she promised someone would contact me that night. Again, no one showed up or contacted us. I called and left a message and sent an email - no response. I got an angry call from the owner this morning after I left a message saying we were not going to use them for our fence. He tried to blame the situation on us, a truck breaking down, and being sick. We did everything they asked and were left with no fence and three wasted weeks of our time. Oneida fence only gives excuses not results.
