Divine Vinyl stood out with presentation of their proposal, including a rendering and altogether more detail and care than the others-- even the national chain just sort of shoved a number at me with little detail. This was an insurance-related claim due to damage from a tree fall, so responsiveness and detail was extra important. Most importantly, I'm very happy with the final product. The railing looks great, is sturdy and is exactly what I wanted. It was a quick installation with thorough cleanup. Would recommend and glad to support a local business. Once the contract was signed, the materials take about a month to come in, so plan accordingly.

About 4 weeks ago I requested a new roof on my home and garage. Actually, it was much earlier than…read morethat, but I thought the glue on the shingles held better in the warmer weather so I waited to call. The roofers came within a good timeframe and cleaned up well but there were issues. I called the company back and sent a couple of pictures. It took a few days but soon two professionals from Buffalo's Best showed and took the time to really listen and address my concerns. We all thought taking care of the issues would only take a couple of hours, but it turns out we were all wrong. They found additional problems that were caused by the previous homeowner, thus for no extra charge (shocking!) the kind, hardworking men fixed it by working a 10-12 hour day. They were there for issues I had been having when it rained, and on this particular morning, I hadn't seen it was raining - but I heard! I thought someone was breaking in, but it was the damn roof again!! Raining in my living room - not good! I was crying as much as it was dripping! I was getting more and more frustrated, had many people coming to help and give me prices, but as the old saying goes: "Action speaks louder than words", and they just never really followed through or showed up. I was desperate. It just so happened, by some random stroke of luck, I had scheduled an appointment that very morning with Joe White, salesman for Buffalo's Best. I was simply curious about them. Joe came in to see exactly what and where my issue was and knew it needed to be fixed sooner than later. Everyone told me to get more estimates on the job, but I felt Joe's price was fair for what I needed and the reviews I read were encouraging. Joe gave me hope and I trusted him, and so I said "Let's please just Git-R-Done" .... On Monday, October 27th, an amazing 'team' showed up, under the supervision of Domenic D'Angelo, and worked diligently from 8 AM to 5:30 PM. I needed a complete roof tear off and reinstallation. I was certain there was no way it could be done so quickly, but it was almost like magic! By dinner time, I had a beautiful new roof, everything was cleaned up and put back nicely, and to anyone who wasn't around on my street that day - they would never have known so much activity had taken place here. I was and still am in awe! The peace of mind alone is priceless. I cannot put a price tag on the feeling of security, after decades upon decades, that my roof is intact and leaks are a thing of the past, at least for the duration of my lifetime. I have a warranty transferable when I sell my house, and the assurance that if there are any problems whatsoever, Buffalo's Best Roofing will come to my aid and assistance immediately.
