City Fence was my first call - about four or five calls followed. City Fence called back within a few hours. Sale Rep was over within two days. Quote was reasonable. Contract was written up. Eight to ten weeks was projected work time frame. It actually took 13 weeks. We've had TONS of rain. All jobs were backed up. The installers showed up and did what they had to do. Easy peasy. It took seven days from start to finish - concrete footings need to cure. Guys were fantastic. Fence looks great.

Brain fart or not, that is quite the error when they are charging $56/linear foot. Easy way to lose business as a quick sanity check ruined this experience. ​

I called and asked if they could change the header to a 6" x 6" post. I didn't expect them to do it for free and offered to pay something. The owner told me if would have to pay at least $750 for them to come out. - it's wasn't worth their time. WOW - what a way for them to stand behind their work.

Needless to say, those problem areas are still leaking. I've found more leaks with this new roof than I had with the 20 year old roof from the new construction. I had them come out to "fix" the areas that were leaking and they were here less than 15 minutes. It leaked again after that so they came back and put a some caulk down on a few nails. I'm still finding leaks all over the roof. Absolute crap work.
