He referred me to a specialist who was able to make a huge difference in my vision with the use of medication. My husband had recently come and had a nice experience so I decided to give them a try too. Making an appointment of your choice by day and time was beyond easy using their online portal- I LOVE when an office offers this- so much easier than calling and that back and forth. They confirmed my appt by email and phone as well so I knew it all went through. The office is very clean and ALL staff was friendly, helpful, and courteous during my visit. The doctor also took her time with me when I was deciding over my prescription which I greatly appreciated. The front staff was super helpful with going over my benefits and insurance coverage as well as options for glasses and specials they were running. My contacts were delivered to my home within a few days and my glasses were ready for pick up in less than one week. I was extremely happy with the doctor, the staff, and my glasses and contact lenses. So convenient and now I have a new eye doctor!

The staff was rude and lacked any real knowledge or customer service skills AND my prescription was wrong (I cannot see out of them). When I called to report my situation, the woman at the front desk told me I needed to "give it two weeks" for my eyes to adjust. When I told her that I was having trouble reading or using a computer with the glasses, she suggested I move the object farther away until the text became clearer--completely ridiculous advice for prescription glasses. When I asked to speak with or schedule another appointment with the doctor, she refused and instead put me on hold, never returning to the call and finally I was disconnected. And surprise, no one ever called me back. The level of this group's unprofessionalism was shocking. Bottom line, the glasses were expensive, and I can't even use them. I plan on calling my insurance company, my credit card company, BBB and I am researching an eye care association or board to file a formal complaint. I strongly recommend avoiding this place. I wish I had read their reviews before I went--it would have saved me both time and money.
