I entered the store and found 2 of the 3 items I needed for my car. The 3rd item I needed was a package of various replacement fuses for my specific vehicle. So I approached a younger store associate to see if he could assist me. As I began to ask my question specific to fuses for my vehicle, the gentleman abruptly interrupted me and said to my face, "Listen to me." Period. Nothing more, nothing less. Needless to say, my jaw dropped. As I was telling the gentleman that I could not believe he just said that to me, as well as how amazingly rude that was of him, the gentleman again abruptly interrupted me and said to me, "Now you are talking over me". Obviously, I immediately put my other 2 items down and exited the store. Sadly, the gentleman was wearing a bandana, and I do not know his name. You can rest assured that my family/friends/associates will all be made well aware of this horrendous customer service I experienced today at the East Wareham, MA Advance Auto Parts store. The time to fix the front end damage and get everything repainted was quick. I was washing my truck one day when I was in college and noticed a little bubble on the fender flare and didn't think anything of it. Now being in 2025 the paint on my fender flare has a big spot where the paint has peeled. The flare was not prepped properly and most likely not primed before it got paint. If my insurance company wasn't gonna pay to have the fender flare prepped, I should have gotten a call and I woulda paid cash to have it done properly. If you want a quality job, I'd go to another auto body shop in the area. I brought my truck here cause I wanted a quality fix and paint job done, if I wanted the job hacked, I would have done the job myself.
