While I had him on the phone, I mentioned that my wheel bearing is loud, and I had part in my car. He mentioned he was busy but would see if he could fit me in. He called back 10 minutes later and said he would get to my car in a few minutes. Less than an hour later, he called back to say it was done. Both the caliper and bearing estimate were less than he quoted. Great service and a nice guy. Run out of his house.

Assuming it was a broken motor mount, I also just had the entire front end rebuilt and was unsure of what exactly it was. Being 500+ miles from home and very 'anxious ' about taking my truck to an unknown repair shop, this facility was recommended by the neighbor at the ABNB where we were staying. When I arrived at the shop the lot and garage was packed with cars. This was a good and bad sign in my opinion. One, they have A LOT of customers which gave me confidence that they must be fair and honest. But, I was concerned that they would not be able to get to my truck in the short time span of my few days left of vacation. I explained my situation to a very receptive guy at the desk. He understood and said that they would do whatever was necessary to take a look at it. To be honest, with no personal experience with shop, I was still a little apprehensive. I stopped by the shop the shop first thing the next morning due to my 'apprehension '. If they couldn't get to my truck soon I had to get to someplace that could. I believe his name is Robby, and I believe he is the manager, greeted me when I walked in. He told me they stayed late the night before due to my circumstances. He thoroughly explained all that they had diagnosed and checked. I do not typically write reviews, but superior and honest customer service certainly warrants recognition. I received a very fair deal for diagnostics, and nothing needed immediate attention an and was assured there would be no problem to drive it home. I HIGHLY recommend this anyone living or visiting this area. I would have no hesitation to bring my vehicle there again, and will go out of my way to merely purchase gas while I am visiting just to show my appreciation and patronage!! It's an old 2000 jeep with 233000 miles. He came back and bled out the coolant system that was empty, replaced a valve cover. Then worked on the steering system and said it had to be aligned. I had doubts because the vehicle was unsteerable. He waved the the charges on that. I felt bad for that but took a last ditch chance on getting the alignment done. The diagnosis said they can't even believe he did the work due to as lol the rust under the vehicle and deemed that that the vehicle is no longer safe to drive. Carl is a hidden GEM mechanic on Cape Cod. My 2016 Honda Pilot was misfiring right and left. He ended up adjusting my valves which I am now three weeks out and check engine codes are not coming up. 10 star shop. Call ahead and schedule, he is worth the wait. One guy, one stall , so be patient, but he will figure it out. I had gone to World Tech abd an electrical issue, they were good,, but they wanted charge for compression testing on each cylinder.. when Carl just put in the correct spark plugs and adjusted my valves ...all for a very fair price.
