Iill start with a back story. Ive had my carpentry truck detailed every March for the past 10 years, different places each time and a few mobile services. Its a 2021 Tacoma Its an absolute disaster when I bring it in as its been used all year by grubby construction workers, countless take out orders and as many with me or my entire crew eating in the truck. So when I pick it up I am somewhat satisficed . I mean its a work truck...whatever. This year, yesterday, I decided to try Premier Auto Salon. I was not satisfied with the service that I originally received. I reached out via Facebook and was offered an opportunity to come back and have the full detail done again. They did an excellent job. We all have off days sometimes, so I'm all about second chances. When I brought it back, they did a superb job. They have most definitely earned my business again in the future. read more

I had my car detailed. I have weather mats throughout the car with leather seats. My dog always go in trunk are its a volvo xc90 with mats and her bed. We only go to vet.. I have had it detailed there before same dog same mats, and not charged the extra 100. for dog hair. We usually use the car wash too my husband and I, but we will no longer. Icing on the cake I purchased the volvo through premier of cape cod volvo. I will not use detailing, car wash and will buy my next Volvo this is the second one I purchased through premier off cape. read more

I always get my Porsche hand washed ( I am weird). I am happy to pay more knowing it's better for the car. But they scratched the PPF on the windshield (the cloth they used?) and slightly damaged a bumper (don't know how, they take the car away for the handwash service). Despite's saying they would arrange for repairs, they never followed up with a call and won't pick up the phone when I call. Thy have always been great in the past and I always recommended them. Hesitant to post this because they do a great job but it's been bugging me since yesterday. I called ahead and spoke to Tom who quoted me $119 for wash wax and interior cleaning. when I got there it was raining with forecast to rain all day. I told Tom I didn't want the $119 package since it was raining so what's the point of wash and wax. He replied, that if you go with the interior only it's $169, I said you don't have a cheaper service and he said no so I went with the original offer. As I sat in the waiting area and chatted with the other people they said they both paid $89 for interior only cleaning. When I went to pay, I said the other people in the waiting room got the interior cleaning only for $89 and he said what til you see your car its worth it we do a much more thorough job. Typically I'd reach out to the manager but I believe he's the manager. Poor form and just not cool. read more

I am still shocked how expensive it was for them to clean the outside and vacuum inside. It wasn't even deep detailing. If it was just a wash, still expensive since it's a machine but gets the job done compare to a gas ststion wash. To have someone vacuum makes the price jump 3 times. I guess I'll be going back to my off cape full service car wash. read more

I stopped in today for the first time for the $69 Express Detail package that included their top ($20) automated exterior wash, tire shine and a very thorough interior cleaning (vacuuming everything including trunk, cleaning the floor mats, dusting/ wiping down all surfaces, window cleaning, etc). They did a thorough job, taking their time. Car looks very nice. And it's a very clean and modern, green facility -- -- with friendly staff. I will return. Note: Balise/Flash Car Wash in Hyannis, where I have gone often in the past, and also like, offers a comparable interior/ exterior Express Detailing package for the same $69 price. If you are comparing the two, the differences I see are that at Balise/Flash, on a rainy day you can opt for just the interior for $59 but Premier does not offer that option, Premier includes a more expensive exterior wash in their package, and Balise's package includes applying a shiny protectant on the interior surfaces -- which they sometimes get on surfaces where it doesn't belong, like chrome and glass -- and Premier has a newer state-of-the art facility -- it feels like going into a car dealership, of which they own many on the Cape. read more

By far, the best car wash on Cape Cod. I had a free voucher from a service call at Premier Volvo and I delayed getting my car washed but finally the day before the coupon expired, I popped in and man, I wish I went earlier. My car shines like a brand new vehicle. read more

I had a wonderful experience with Tom. I am an Automotive enthusiast and a huge BMW fan. I have a 2021X4M competition package crossover. I'm not going to just allow anyone to work on this beautiful magnificent automobile. Only someone that is very well-versed on how to care for high-end vehicles. Let me save you some time, after extensive exhausting searching on all of cape cod and interviewing several different mobile auto detail companies I finally decided wholeheartedly on the Auto Salon for my detailing. He is very personable and I forgive the fact that he's from New York, but seriously he's a car nut like myself and has such great entertaining stories to tell about some experiences he's had when he was younger buying cars or selling cars etc.! You meet him and you immediately feel like you just reconnected with an old lifelong friend. There's not many people that carry that type of charisma and authenticity! He has a passion for success and making his clients happy. What I can tell you about my experience, is that they value communication and are very respectful. During these times of Covid I'm very careful and cautious about who I'm going to allow to work on my car. They take their time and pay special attention to every detail and detailing the car. They're very punctual, and are committed to excellence. They have incredible line of products and some excellent packages to choose from. Because I did a ceramic protective process on my car I've opted for their special ceramic detailing package which uses specially formulated products that are created to protect and preserve your investment that work best with ceramic technology. I brought my 91 year old mother's car that hadn't been cleaned for probably 8 years. You can imagine what it took to get it clean. This salon went the extra mile to detail clean the interior and wax the outside and the tires sparkled. It took 2.5 hrs and only $99 for a small sedan. I totally recommend this place. This is easily hands down the best and newest car wash on the cape. Saying that I expect the same service every time I go through the wash. When they are not busy 5 star hands down. How ever I went through when there was 6 other cars and the wash was horrible. I paid for the best and got the extras as well. They barley pre washed the car and the wipe down was done quick and with wet towels. To be honest my Jeep was cleaner before I went through than when It came out. So I was quite disappointed that they can not handle a little pressure and I was rushed through. Very friendly owners or managers. Weak help in the wash bay. read more

I travel extensively and have corporate vehicles that are to be kept in clean condition due to the clients we deal with. I recently purchased an unlimited plan and had difficulty getting it to acknowledge my code. The manager promptly was at my car, and fixed it immediately!! Now that is amazing service. It's an automated car wash. For $14 for the basic express wash. Want to vacuum your car too? That's going to cost you extra. Did it clean my car? Yes Was it better than the other automatic car wash down the street who charges $10? No Will I go back? No My suggestion to this new business: get a membership offering on board that's competitive and offer free vacuums to your patrons at the very least after your expensive wash service. Heard from a friend about this company. Went through the automatic car wash with a Mercedes - the touchscreen drive-through was easy to operate and it did a good job. After, I thought I'd bring my 1967 Camaro in for a detail - it came out soooo good that I brought in my 2017 Camaro for the same the following week. Jeff, Tom and their team did a great job and were friendly and helpful. I dropped the cars off in the morning and they were done in the timeframe that they had given me. Their new location on Yarmouth Road in Hyannis is AMAZING! Designed incredibly well on a very large piece of property, this is not an afterthought car wash/detail place that was placed between two broken down buildings on a tiny piece of land. Tom and Griffin saved the day! Literally. I went to vacuum out my car and in true form somehow managed to lock myself out and didn't have access to call for help. They had just closed up but they were kind enough to stay late to help out. They have a lockout kit on site which saved me from having to call AAA.
