Due to a recent fender bender in my own driveway with another of my cars I find I am a cash customer, thus I did some price shopping. Tri-Town came in plus or minus 20 dollars with 3 other shops I visited. I went with Tri-Town because I was warmly received by both owners and felt I was being treated honestly. Having spent most of my life working with the public I think I have become a good judge of character when dealing with people. As it would turn out my assessment turned out to be true, as I stated above - Excellent service, I was treated professionally and honestly . The final price was as we agreed. The work was excellent. I had the front grille and bumper/ fascia replaced. Every thing looks perfect. I have had body work done at several other places over the years, and based on my less than wonderful experiences at several other shops that shall remain nameless at this moment I think I am in a good position to be able to give my strongest recommendation to Tri-Town Collision !

I brought it in for them to check out and before I left it there, they suggested I check for any recalls on my car and any battery issues. I went home, did that and solved the problem pretty quickly. They worked directly with the insurance company and I had little to do. Curtis, however sets them aside, very simply he does what he says he is going to do, when he says he is going to do it. Curtis, he is the reason I would go back. One more tim so you don't forget, ask for Curtis. On a side note they do have a cool app that lets you see pictures of your car and the progress daily. They just need to work on the consistency of the person keeping the information updated.

SO INAPPROPRIATE...  He came back and said his manager told him to write it up and that we have a deal and to come back Friday to have my husband my cosigner sign and to put down a deposit.. try to call thursday afternoon to set that up and was told he was busy but would call me back--- which he never did.. call friday morning and the sales manager had NO IDEA that this was the plan or any of what i said so it was not relayed.. told him my frustrations and said he would not run my credit and put a deal together without having money in house so I was forced to give a deposit.. Didnt hear from them for the rest of the day, called again the next day.. couldnt get a hold of any sales manager for hours and the receptionist who could not care less said i emailed them your name and number they will call you when they call you.. Again--- nothing.. called again Monday morning and got the run around from that same receptionist until I finally got a hold of a manager. Not a great experience at all from start to finish... pulling teeth to get a hold of anyone and unprofessional.. do not buy from here.
