As a Carwash it's not bad for being the only one around. I tried their new detailing service and…read morethat is where the problem is. I brought my 2001 convertible in for a complete detailing in early July. The price is pretty high to begin with but when I asked about taking out a small scratch on my door he wanted $199 for 1 small scratch! Then he offered the whole car scratch removal for $299! After a little discussion we came up with a better deal for the whole car including the engine well. When I picked the car up I pointed out that the scratch was still there as well as several others. When I got home I realized he hadn't done the engine well or the tonneau cover either. He offered to clean my headlights if I brought it back. OK, reasonable except when I texted 4 times to set it up he never returned my texts. I even stopped by and spoke with the "manager" who said he would have the detailer call me. One month later and I'm still waiting. Ridiculous. Don't bother, there are other detailers out there.

I recently had my 2004 Accord cleaned up at Protection Plus in preparation to sell it. I called to…read moreschedule a $250+ service inside and out to get my car ready, but was advised by Chris that the service I needed was far less expensive than what I was asking for. My car was almost 10 years old and not a candidate for the top of the line treatment I asked for. I appreciated the owner steering me away from the service I called to schedule and directing me towards the cheaper sales prep treatment. I thought the fee for cleaning up my car was very reasonable at around $150. It looked much better than I expected inside and out when he was done with it. I will not hesitate to use them again. As an aside, the first person who saw my car for sale, bought it.

I like this in a company, they do not just do work, or up-sell things you do not need.
