The price is pretty high to begin with but when I asked about taking out a small scratch on my door he wanted $199 for 1 small scratch! Then he offered the whole car scratch removal for $299! After a little discussion we came up with a better deal for the whole car including the engine well. When I picked the car up I pointed out that the scratch was still there as well as several others. When I got home I realized he hadn't done the engine well or the tonneau cover either. He offered to clean my headlights if I brought it back. OK, reasonable except when I texted 4 times to set it up he never returned my texts. I even stopped by and spoke with the "manager" who said he would have the detailer call me. One month later and I'm still waiting. Ridiculous. Don't bother, there are other detailers out there.

When I returned they told me the owner hasn't been in yet and to come back. When I returned again they told me the invoice I provided didn't seem legitimate. After going back and forth and telling them to call the body shop directly and me picking up another invoice they finally paid me after weeks of going back and forth. I had to rent a car for the day as the truck was my only vehicle. They refused to pay the 1 day car rental. I had been a customer for years and had 2 monthly passes. I will never be back

They did make a mess of a parking lot, as what happens when you do that type of thing, but my neighbors started crying because the dirty water was running on to the freshly painted lines. I let them know and the guy turned around and came back and did a spray down of the entire dirty area in the parking lot right away. My only recommendation is if you get a mobile detailing, just put your car in a spot where the nearby area can get dirty for a bit until it rains so your neighbors don't also cry :) I probably should have parked at the very end of the lot, so it's more my mistake than theirs, but they took care of it right away.
