When the detail crew failed to show, I called the company to find out what was gong on - after 35 minutes on hold and 2 calls, I was told heir truck had broken down and they didnt know when it would be ready to roll. Why they didnt give me the courtesy of a call or text is a huge frustration to me. I rescheduled for 4 days later. Again no show. This time a flat tire, but I was assured that the crew of 3 workers would be with me within 2 hours. One guy showed up, no ladders, minimal equipment shoved into the back seat of a rusty and beat up sedan. He told me he had cleaned 2 RVs before. No confidence here so I sent him away. Company wont answer my calls. Payment was supposed to be pending satisfactory completion according to our agreement. However, they have processed the payment before their "team" even showed up. Fraudulent behavior. This is not a legitimate business and should be avoided at all costs.

I am new to Cape Cod and while there are other auto detail shops with great reviews, I decided to…read moregive this place a call. I spoke with the owner, Doug, on the phone, and what struck me was that he was professional and knowledgeable. This stood out to me because when dealing with auto businesses I unfortunately deal with owners who may know what they are doing but are pushy or condescending in how they treat me. When I took the car to Prime Detail for a quote I was still hesitant because they had no Yelp reviews. My fear was completely unwarranted. Doug is even nicer in person than on the phone. He talked me through the various options they offered and didn't once push me on an up-sell or to do additional work on the car that wasn't needed. We agreed to an interior detail only. The real surprise came when I picked the car up. My jaw literally dropped to the floor. I have a 2005 325i BMW--his name is Bartholomew--and he looked amazing. I haven't seen him look that handsome in years and it was all thanks to Doug and his staff, who were also very polite and helpful. My elderly father who has never had a car detailed in his life, and thought he could do it himself, was so impressed by Prime Detail's work that he now wants to have them do a full detail on my mom's car. We will bring that car in next week. Again, five stars to Prime Detail. Their work is impressive and I will use them again.

She was told they opened at 8:00 and to come in. I actually arrived around 10:00 and was told it would require a complete detail, $200.00, and that they were booked solid until sometime next week. I took this as classic bait and switch and found another local company, Hyannis Car Wash, that did a great job for about $60.
